Yep. Western supporters love to talk about Israel’s (non-existent) ‘genocide’ of Palestinians but are, at best, completely silent about Hamas’s overtly stated intent to commit racist genocide against Israeli’s, or actively applaud Hamas as ‘exhilarating’ ‘freedom fighters’ . The antisemitism in this bias could not be more plain.

Genocide is debatable. I don’t see any evidence killing all Palestinians is Israel’s aim (and they also have to attack the West Bank) but as for the rest of it..applauding Hamas? Exhilarating freedom fighters? Really?

@Parkingt111 exactly. I think then, if we are going to condemn one then we would then have to condemn the other too. As we have now got to the point where people are dieing all over and no one will ever agree either as this is happening in real time. Someone might do something tomorrow that might then change one our opinions.

I confess to being shocked to my core at the ignorance and stupidity of those blindly supporting "Palestine" HAMAS and the ease with which they have dismissed the 7/10 attacks. I'm not given to hyperbole but have at times felt physically nauseous reading some posts here on MN, let alone other SM platforms. I feel like we are on the edge of some dreadful precipice. Can't even face trying to debate on here anymore.

Egypt has plenty of it's own problems. It's not difficult to imagine why they don't want millions of refugees, and 25000 terrorists dumped on them.

@OhHelloTheres I think some things are so unfathomable that people almost demand evidence visually. Because we cannot imagine such a thing.

I really hope it's not true, because it was so upsetting to hear the testimony. But Hamas has done equally unspeakable things that they have celebrated - which I confused this incident with - so it's not a consolation.

I know. I get it. I'm just wondering if they'll believe it if Israel confirms it as so far, people don't seem to believe anything Israel says. There can be irrefutable evidence in the form of Hamas' own videos but if IDF post it they say it's fake 🤦🏻‍♀️
