@Parker231 because it's absolutely atrocious and I can't imagine people are aware of it if they are saying Israel should not defend itself. It's absolutely beyond me.
These horrific things were done, and the response from the nouveau-left-wing-middle-class-antisemites has been to join protest calling for the obliteration of Israel. It's despicable, and it's antisemitic, and those doing it can't see it fit some reason.

Xenia · 04/11/2023 21:01

"Why have you listed what we already are all very aware of?" - We can list what we like as Hamas and all those terrible states in the Middle East who do not allow freedom of speech and do not support our democratic values thankfully have not taken over the UK nor Israel. Democracy will prevail as it is better and more morally just system. Hamas and the regimes of places like Iran and Saudi are very much in the wrong.

If a group invaded the UK, slit the throats of our babies we might like Israel declare war. We were asked on here a while back what might be a response to that and I said what we did in WWII is our ultimate response to defence our values - that includes dropping a nuclear bomb, bombing Dresden and much else - that is what war is. If you invade sovereign democractic nations we react accordingly. If people do not like our democracies they can find a regime better suited to their needs. Pakistan is so fed up with terrorist Afghans it is expelling 1.7mn Afghans back to Afghanistan. Even Iran is expelling them.

Really? You think the UK's response right now would be to drop a nuclear bomb If they were attacked?

Is this the uks reaction to the Manchester attacks ? To the London tube attacks ? To the ones in London 2017 ?
or as they were not babies that’s why the uk has not responded the way you’re saying ? L

The Manchester and London tube attacks weren't carried out by the leaders of a specific country or territory.
It would be more like if the SNP organised a mass terrorist atrocity on people in the north of England.

Yes this

Plus if the terrorists attack was not the fiit had been going on for years. Only this time they kidnapped all 30 of your child's nursery class plus your own child. They also kidnapped everyone from the local nursing home and all the adults on your street.

Oh and tortured, raped, raped and killed all the teenagers at the local college. Then burnt down the college and any buildings attached. Whilst doing this they videoed it and sent the videos to the teenagers parents.

Roughly speaking that is the equivalent to what happened in Israel if it had happened here.

Parkingt111 · 04/11/2023 22:03

I still don't think they would be nuking a whole country like @Xenia suggested

Sorry I obviously missed something

Who is nuking a country?

Would I be asking for those that did it to pay for it ? Yes
would I be asking for a Scottish journalist to be killed ? No
for a 1 day old child to be killed? No
for families and families to be killed? No
for a cancer hospital to be targeted ? No
for nearly 10k people to be killed ? No

I was responding to what @xenia wrote:

EasterIssland · 04/11/2023 22:18

I guess if the uk ever entered in war you’d not mind being displaced or killed because at the end Sunak was in power even if you hadn’t voted for him and we all account for the decisions Sunak takes. And whilst you’re burying your love ones you’d be demonstrating against Sunak

Trulywonderful · 01/11/2023 17:46

Yep since their very first charter they have said clearly that the Genocide of Jews and the destruction of Israel is there aim

Even though changed the charter slightly to look less Killie and fool western idiots so they could galore support and money. Then have continued in speeches and interviews to state what is basically the original charter.

Before them Arafat also was very clear in 1967 about his aim. He also told the Arabs on the land to start calling themselves Palestinians. Something they didn't do up to that point because they considered themselves Jordanians, Syrians or Egyptians. Arafat said it would further the Arab cause. He was taking about the Arab cause to wipe Jews off the land. The same cause that the ex Hamas leader stated on his Jihad uprising video a few weeks ago.

The useful idiots don't consider this.
Hamas don't care about any children even the ones in Gaza, all useful for their stated aim of getting rid of Israel.

US2gether · 02/07/2024 23:18

How many Hamas fighters are there estimated to be left?

Are there any figures on this or have they disappeared into the general population. Any leaders left in Gaza or are the top ones safely out of harms way?

Are their capabilities of doing what they said diminished?

What an absurd, silly and false comparison to make!

IIRC, those were lone wolf style attacks rather an organised mass group attack on a democratic State. 🤦‍♂️

keenforhelp · 03/07/2024 19:55

What a waste of time trying to make points in an echo chamber .

Especially with those who are sarcastic or those who lack comprehension skills and proclaim some things don't make sense.

Thank G-d for Israel and the only state that wants peace.

May Hamas be defeated and let peace return .

Amen.

US2gether · 03/07/2024 23:37

I'm glad they are angry with Hamas, they should be furious at what their leadership has got them into. What their leadership has done. That their leadership has led to this. That their leadership still hasn't released the hostages and negotiated a way out.
