The main stream press aren’t really addressing the horror of what is happening (bar maybe Channel 4 news and Al Jazeera) - it’s a sanitised version.

As I said in the original thread, there has been absolute horror on both sides but the Israeli government are inflicting collective punishment on the people of Gaza, which is a war crime under international law.

I still feel we are watching genocide in real time.

Let’s see.
When all the Gazans are dead, traumatised, homeless and driven off.

@mydiaryisfull I explain further down in my last post that Iran is a very big problem, sending patronising links to show what I have already said is deflection. Answer my questions. You keep saying 'Hamas are the aggressors' as though Israel are only responding with targeted attacks on 25,000 Hamas members. As though that is it, simple retaliation. Iran are funding the war in Yemen, okay. What is the long term plan if Israel get into conflict with Iran? What is the plan if Russia join with Iran? Again, I make the point. Israel need to show a responsibility when retaliating against terrorists, when escalation has wider consequences on Jewish people world wide and if the world becomes less safer for everyone overall. That escalation will lie with Israel.

These were Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria.

Iran (and Hamas) have part of their constitution the commitment to the annihilation of the State of Israel.
Hezbollah (also backed by Iran) has a central ideology focusing on expelling western powers from the Middle East and on rejecting Israel’s right to exist.

And you wonder why Israel feels unsafe?

The geolocation tags show beach parties, brunches and parties, and tons of videos (civilians and IDF mocking Palestinians) IDF soldiers spending time in this "war" making tiktok videos.

I've seen the knocking videos..it was sickening. And parents getting their kids to do it too. Singing they are dancing on the cemetery of palestimian children. And chanting there is no more gaza because the children are dead. If that's not the work.of the devil then I don't know what is.

There is a worrying increase of genocidal rhetoric being openly said unchallenged by the right wing members of the Israeli government.

For example this is an outrageous statement to make but where is the outrage?

The Israeli government have always been dismissive of the ICC
as you can see they are of any organisation who calls them out on their crimes

I was talking to a friend yesterday. She kept going on about the news on TV. So I showed her all the accounts from those in palestine yesterday especially motaz_azaiza and byplestia and she was genuinely confused because it was the first she had seen it. She said she was shocked and could t believe this was being allowed. So it just shows. If you aren't looking for the truth and just watch mainstream news you will believe what you see. Or what they want you to see
