Come in, come in. The wine is mulling, the bird is stuffed and cooked. We have a huge table at which to enjoy our festive feast, and the rippling Ricky Whittle is the centrepiece, draped in berries to be removed by whatever method you choose.

A bottle of Gin and an elf-man in a box awaits each and every one of you. Just make your wish and when you undo the bow he will appear.

There's a nativity tableau in the corner, for praying to the baybee Jebus and, most importantly of all, Santa has been asked to deliver the gift of exceptional fertility, so that each and every BESH can enter the new year with a baybeeee in their tum tum.

Oh, and I've let a few cats in to aid with the 2WOOFL menkulness.

Now, let's get together and get the tree up!

thanks, Ski.

Muser · 17/01/2010 11:30

Hmm. Maybe I should rediscover pink grapefruit for breakfast. Good for my expanding waistline and FFJ, perfect.

I am going to visit a baby today, was nearly going to cancel but think my PMT is regulating itself so I won't try to steal it now.

Still just spotting here. I hope droid arrives properly soon as I do not want holidays and droid.

Medee · 17/01/2010 11:36

They are 3 for £1 in Sainsbury's at the moment, so having had one and liked it again, I am going to stock up.

Muser · 17/01/2010 12:38

Medee, if you've bought the Toni Weschler book you might be interested in this site for the book www.tcoyf.com/. It has an online calendar for recording temps/FFJ/cervix changes and then predict fertility. I've been looking at it and wondering whether to start temping or give it one more month.

Medee · 17/01/2010 12:40

thanks Muser, I'll take a look at that.

idealcamel · 17/01/2010 13:01

I was advised VERY firmly to stop temping, just as an FYI. Individual levels of sanity or lack thereof aside, temping meant that my first thought every day was about fertility, which made the obsession with falling pregnant much, much worse. Since quitting temping a couple of months ago, obsession back within manageable bounds.

Definitely no need to POAS; pre-droid spotting has commenced. Le sigh. At least that explains uncontrollable ice-cream urge and desire to weep at ridiculous small things.

gin Hope journey gets better. Have had CD fail here; thought we had blank CDs, turns out not so much...

Muser · 17/01/2010 13:04

That is really why I don't want to start temping camel, I think I would go insane. I'm going to try and not pay too much attention to anything this month. It's not a race after all.

Sorry to hear the spotting has started. I think January is a bad month, February will be better.

idealcamel · 17/01/2010 13:46

We'll need a new thread name soon. Suggestions, anyone? Have tried to think of some, but brain seems to have died.

Muser · 17/01/2010 14:03

The BESH 30s TTC thread in the world ever - 2010

Medee · 17/01/2010 14:43

I know what you mean about being too obsessed, but I just want to understand my body a bit better.

Cosmosis · 17/01/2010 15:16

vag are you around?

Scorpette · 17/01/2010 15:24

Muser, I like that name - why don't you be the hostess with the mostest when this thread runs out?

rollerbaby · 17/01/2010 16:20

Afternoon beshies.

vag hope you're ok chicken.

Sorry for mindless and depressive ranting t'other day. Spose if I can' do it here...

Feeling back to usual control-freakery. Weekend has been nice with friends and kids staying and visits to kiddy zoo (think I enjoyed the meerkats more than they did). Everyone's just left and the husband and I are absolutely knackered. Seriously need to build up child related stamina if we're to pull it off.

Puppy arrives next weekend so excited about our new arrival.

Muser agree on the temping front. Fertility monitor somehow seems a bit less obsessive - and at least you have a clue when things are about to get interesting... rather than it being a bit late.

Muser · 17/01/2010 19:02

I have spent the afternoon with an adorable 4 month old baby girl. Broodiness now at epic levels.

Spotting has decreased, barely nothing now. Droid officially due Tuesday. You know what's weird though? I feel pregnant. Not in any symptom way, I have no symptoms. But a little bit of my brain keeps saying "you're pregnant". Which is insane. But I can't shake it off. Very, very weird.

Medee I think in your position, with having long cycles, I'd do the same as you and start tracking more.

Scorps I am a bit paranoid about starting threads after I broke the September bus thread. Barely anyone got diffed on that bus! Someone lucky ought to build the next palace.

idealcamel · 17/01/2010 19:21

OHMIGOD I am the gold-digging wife from Glee. I can see a hysterical pregnancy in my future. With chicken wings swallowed whole.

Scorpette · 17/01/2010 20:15

Well I ain't doing it - every time I've restarted a fred, thoughtless caaaahs have got diffed but not me Why don't you give it a go, Camelpops? It's time we got a well-stocked library in the palace! Esp. some of that steamy filth your employers peddle

BTW, it was gorgeous, tiny baybees a-gogo last week at my work and I held all of them I deserve some sort of medal for not a) weeping openly, b) running out the door with them and c) stabbing my useless ovaries with a broken biro.

CUNextTuesday · 17/01/2010 20:16

Vag stop mithering right now. If you asked me if I'm pregnant my first answer would probably be no, because I have been symptom-free (despite ski INSISTING I have has MS which I haven't, I was a little bit sick once. Honestly, it is perfectly feasible not to feel any different at all, for ages.

Understandable that you are shaky and nervous but be positive. There is nothign at all unusual about what is going on, promise.

idealcamel · 17/01/2010 21:18

cunty will you, or one of the preggers Beshes, start the next thread? That way we can all stop being insanely superstitious insaneos.

Scorpette · 17/01/2010 21:37

It'd take a lot more than that to stop me being a loon, but that's a top idea Cameltoe C'mon PESHes, do us one of them there new freds! And sprinkle it with wuvvly babydust

Muser · 17/01/2010 22:09

And you can leave us all your unused sticks to pee on! Top idea. We will also take all the gin and stinky cheese and pate that you're not allowed anymore.

CUNextTuesday · 17/01/2010 22:16

Not allowed you say... hmmmmmmmm

CUNextTuesday · 17/01/2010 22:24

Done!!

Go Here bitches

Muser · 18/01/2010 08:06
