Well, while we're on the subject of old thread members coming back I'm 19 and a half weeks now and fairly humungous! I clearly have no stomach muscles left to speak of.

I just wanted to give you all a virtual and rather unmumsnetty hug as I haven't seen you around for ages.

Good to hear all is well

I vacillate between convincing myself I will get a BFP when I test on Sunday or Monday and convincing myself it is all in the mind.

Currently, I am feeling like I am pregnant

Mild period-type pains on and off
Large boobs, white bumps developing, nipples aching.
4 hours since breakfast and feeling a bit sick and dizzy
Not 100% convinced, but think things are beginning to smell stronger
Raging thrush comes and goes. Swollen "bits"
Grotty, lank hair - a sure sign in the past

10DPO today. In previous symptom spotting cycles, yes I have spotted symptoms, but they've started subsiding at around now because the progesterone subsides. Hopefully I will be throwing up by the weekend

Jools - all sounds so brilliantly promising. Friend of mine had 3 mc and is now 30 weeks so there is hope.

I stupidly did a digital yesterday at 9dpo and it was negative. Doh!

Yellow Sorry to hear that it hasn't been your month. Are you going ahead with more investigations? A few weeks ago you were having some tests done?

Well, still loads of symptoms, and mild sea-sickness added into the mix, so I did a First Response but not first thing - it was negative, but the wee looked really really dilute, so maybe I should try again.

Don't know what to think really - I thought that, with all those symptoms, there would be enough HCG sloshing around to show up on a test. It is frustrating, because I want to let the EPU know in case they prescribe anything, but am working away Mon and Tues, then off to Spain for a week.

I'm now worried I'm imagining everything, but can't see how I can imagine having to loosen my bra because my boobs are so big and sore ? Oh well, just gotta be patient - not my strong point !

I used a ClearBlue digi this morning, 13DPO and got "Not Pregnant", much to my amazement and disappointment. Still no sign of AF - although not due till late Monday, I normally get a bit of spotting and there has been nothing at all. Boobs are still very tender, but don't feel as full as they did a couple of days ago.

I'm guessing this has been a very very strange cycle but not successful - maybe an early implantation failure ?? If AF isn't here by Tuesday, I'll test again but I'm kind of resigned to the fact she must be on her way. I don't feel too bad considering - I think being busy at work and packing for hols on Wednesday is taking my mind off it. Am already plan next cycle's campaign - I'll get back on CD9 or 10 and hopefully DP will be pleased to see me

Jools sorry to hear AF may be on the way. You seem up beat and ready to go! here's wishing that next month will be your month.

yellowflowers I still have a long way to go... at week 10 now... so only a third of the way I guess can't wait to get my 12 week scan, I have been having dreams that I have imagined this pg and there is nothing there even though I had a 7 week scan. I just hope this bean sticks and is healty.

Oh Jools I'm sorry to that. I guess at 13 days PO you should be getting a positive result if anything is there. Are you 100% sure of when you ov'd?

AF arrived on Sat so am out for another month. Am trying to avoid coming on here too much - hence lack of posts - the obessing makes me insane...

me too iggy - have crept back on this last week but trying not to come on so much because stressesme out. af started today so I'm out too for another month.

Sorry to hear that Yellow - just hold on to what your specialist said - didn't he / she think you could be PG by the new year ?

Still no AF here, sore boobs still and no PMT. If she hasn't arrived by morning, I shall test again .... I don't really feel PG now - fewer symptoms now than a few days ago.

Good memory - am under specialist care at uch and my doc did say pregnant in new year so am full of hope. Just I want to manage it naturally before then - do you know what I mean?

Sorry to hear that Jools - its so frustrating when you are late but still getting BFN's. I went there myself on a couple of occasions.

Iggy Sorry to hear you are out for this month too. I'm sure your body will be ready to conceieve again soon. Try to stay positive although I know how hard it is at times.

Wasabi How did the scan go?

Hi girls,

Yep, scan was good - thanks for asking C1ndy. Our little spaceman (well, that's kind of what it looked like) was seen kicking around and nothing out of the ordinary was spotted. DH and I were so happy and went to have lunch to celebrate and then got told the bloke buying our house was threatening to pull out as it was all taking too long (which has been due to issues with tenants at the top of the chain). That kind of brought us down to earth really

We're trying to rescue it but are just suspended in limbo at the moment so its all a bit crap. Obviously we were thrilled that the scan went well but this has really taken the edge off it. We'll now have to wait until next week probably to see if the whole thing collapses

Hi Kittycat 261 days... what does that equate to a May wedding?

Iggy do not give up, it will happen, least when you it expect it to. I am holding up fine, just am worrying about all sorts but am trying to stay calm. I am having regular reflexology which is very soothing for me. You should have some done by someone who is training around maternity and fertility... it is amazing what they can do! I find that after my reflexology I am more relaxed. I am going to continue until I have this little bean. All the best for the 2nd anniversary at least you can have something to drink eh?
