Well, I'd like to start this thread by saying a BIG FAT CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has managed to get their BFP so far, and an equally huge dollop of luck to all those of us waiting for our BFP's!

Just checked the testing list. Are you testing tomorrow KK?

kookykid · 08/07/2008 21:33

TBH Gyo, I have already tested twice and both times got BFNs, but have the cheapies so will test again tomorrow. Absolutely certain AF on the way though.

GruffaloSoldier · 08/07/2008 21:34

Aha GYo,my cycle buddy! Was starting to feel a bit left out with all this bonding

Cosmogirl · 08/07/2008 21:35

There's a lot of love in the wagon tonight

calsworld · 08/07/2008 21:36

She's supposed to be, but dodged my question on the same matter earlier

Def a need for RL wine.

I found the wine in the fridge, we have a 'beer' fridge in the dining room (its not posh I promise!), I thought it was a bottle that had previously been opened, but was very delighted to find an unbroken seal!!!

DH has just told me it was a £9 bottle of vino!

OOOOPPPPSSS!!!

Hic...

LOL - defo cycle buddies Gruffalo.

how is hotness?

Enjoy the wine cals- please send over a glass. Getting thirsty now!

GruffaloSoldier · 08/07/2008 21:41

still quite warm GYo. How are you doing on the symptom front?

calsworld · 08/07/2008 21:42

mmmm, I don't normally drink white wine actually...it tends to make me a bit giggly, then I laugh too much and have an asthma attack!

But this is going down very well...

For the record, this is what I'm drinking..

OP posts:
calsworld · 08/07/2008 21:43

whats this hotness, warmth thing?

OP posts:
GruffaloSoldier · 08/07/2008 21:48

cals

Gyo asked me if I had any symptoms earlier, and I said still got pains and feeling crap but also now very hot and bothered. i think it is AF though!

GYo · 08/07/2008 21:51

OOh nice wine Cals. really fancy some now!

The hot thing is some bizarre potential symptom that I had earlier in week- hot boobs and lower belly- was freakish and i wasnt feeling poorly with temparature..

Seems a few people have been hot in early pregnacny.

Mine has gone away now though... weird.
Other than that Im ok- very tired - could be work but this is the kind of tiredness I usually get on CD1 of AF.

Ho hum.....

calsworld · 08/07/2008 21:51

AF is a wicked old witch (as tink would say) and visits far too often!

But hot isn't necessarily bad is it? Raised temp for BFP's....

And on the entirely fantastical optimistic side (for you, me and KK), wagon BFP's come in three's....sometimes

Its def. never ever ever over till AF actually arrives...in force!

Have to go to bed I think, barely keeping eyes open!

night all...

kookykid · 08/07/2008 21:58

Ohhhh, your wine looks lovelicious! Ours was some rubbish my mum left here (it was that good, she left it behind!).

Off to bed (DD has a sixth sense about when I've hd a bit of wine and always wakes up during the night!).
Glad you're optimistic for us, Cal!

See you all tomorrow.

GruffaloSoldier · 08/07/2008 22:00

nite cals!

calsworld · 08/07/2008 22:25

night GS

Glaskham only just re-read end of last thread for DH benefit (don't ask), and only noticed your comments re DD heat rash..I'm very suspicous that could be what DS is suffering with but its been diagnosed as Chicken Pox three times .

It clearly hasn't been CP but wish I knew what it was so I could alleviate his discomfort effectively and allay nurseries fears re CP!

(Am I recovering from my made up "addictable" yet - no excuse for not using "addictive" )

Gruffalo, are you threatening to test. FWIW, my symptoms so far have all been similar to AF symptoms, except sickness and dizziness, which can also be a virus!
Right, must go to bed, as am very shattered.

Only celebrating inwardly tonight as Mum is here (to look after DH and DS - who has been banned from childminders for 48 hours - i.e. rest of week, as he doesn't go on Fridays - due to still having headlice eggs) and don't want to tell her yet, as AF isn't even due - aagh.

"Speak" to you all tomorrow.

GruffaloSoldier · 08/07/2008 22:42

Yeah I tested - BFN! why do I do this to myself?

Night Star "see" you tomorrow indeed!

mags98 · 08/07/2008 22:55

Had my hysteroscopy today so feeling bit crampy now.

Showed adhesions, half of my uterus and one tube was stuck together which is hopefully the cause of my problems. These are now treated (good) but have to have loads of different medications for the next month (bad - PMT on steroids, literally!) to stop it coming back.

Have to wait till after next period now to TTC again because of all the drugs and allowing everything to heal. Hopefully will be worth it though.
