Diege email whenever you want, you are right the ups and downs will come, but you get through them, you have to.
You know going into graphic detail might actually help you, not quite the same but I laid a lot of crap to rest, so to speak, after DS1's labour by getting it all out, every last thing I could remember. It really does help, especially with the anger side of things.
Really just wish there was something I could actually do, properly do, I was saying to Cal earlier, I wish we knew each other properly, in RL, you get so close on the net, but it is still always at arms length.
Try and have a long bath tonight, don't get out till you're all shrivelled up, cry, and then cuddle up to your DH and watch crap on the telly, later when you should be asleep but you're not, stay in bed, read/knit/play eye-spy/anything, even if you're tossing and turning you will still be resting and that is key at the moment.
Look after yourself, always here xxx
