Did you ovulate on 2nd April? Christmas Day due date!

Eeek I've fucked up. Don't usually ovulate until around CD20, so thought I was good to go ahead and TTC this month (yes I realise a potential baby due on 31st Dec or something could come on Christmas Day anyway but it didn't seem as risky).

But I ovulated on CD13, and now if I'm pregnant it'll be due on Christmas Day.
I'm certain that this will be the month, precisely because I really don't want a Christmas Day baby.

@GrizzlyTheBear I’m not sure what the cause is. I can only assume it’s stress related but the things stressing me out can’t really be fixed so I’m unsure what I can do about it. Or maybe it’s to do with taking certain supplements? Either way I will bring it up at my next consultation. I knew it was never the same month to month but I hadn’t realised just how varied it was until I wrote it down for you yesterday.

AF came this morning. I'm glad I didn't test now and I just waited. I'm not feeling down like I felt last month. I had some quite strong cramps on Friday and Saturday which is unusual for me before AF. I think things are still settling down after my MMC.

sorry you didn’t get your rainbow this month @SureLook onto another month for us! I had a cry tonight as on top of AF turning up, this 2nd period post MMC has been AWFUL. So heavy (to the point of not safely being able to leave the house without worrying I would soak through a pad) with quite a lot of cramping. Really hoping we get lucky in May and this is the last period I have to deal with for a while ❤️ here’s to a lucky May girls! 🍀

@HopefulCove sorry. That really doesn't help does it. I wish I'd known how easy periods were pre-kids - maybe I'd have appreciated them a bit more 🤔
I'm CD9 so will probably ovulate the middle of next week. Can't believe I'm doing this still. MMC baby was due a couple of weeks from now and I just keep thinking I should have nearly finished with all this pregnancy stuff by now! So done with it (but I really want a third).

I am on cycle day 9 too but my cycles vary in length - i have started tracking ovulation and will have sex every other day until i get a positive and then the following 3 days just to ensure there are enough swimmers up there!
I remember after my MMC i was super aware of what their due date should have been - even now i think "they would have been 3 around about now" - i think it helped that i was in the early stages of pregnancy with my son so that took the edge of it - its such a roller coaster isnt it.

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 yeah it really is. Your plan seems like a good one! Every other day is definitely the way to roll. I look back and remember how enthusiastic I was conceiving DC1 and laugh. Oh to be five years younger and thriving on lots of sleep and no toddlers 🤣
