TTC journey friend?

Hey there,
Does anyone want to be ttc friends and update each other on our journeys, tips and what not on this thread with each other. As I'd love someone to talk about with it who can relate too.

I ended up going to the doctors as the intense pain is still there. They felt my stomach & just did usual checks. Didn't find anything from that. They will get me booked in for a ultrasound for my stomach & transvaginal ultrasound as well...probably take a couple of weeks to get that appointment.

How are you feeling? How is everyone else doing? Any updates?

I’m glad you went to the doctors, I think it’s best to go and make sure everything is ok. I can’t believe it takes that long to get in for an ultrasound, you always think you’ll just get in the same week don’t you!

I’m feeling ok. Just waiting for the morning for bbt to confirm ovulation. I think by the belly pains it must’ve been Monday but this was the same day as my positive OPK so no idea! We only managed to DTD Sunday and Monday so hoping that’s enough and I haven’t ovulated today! DH wasn’t in the mood last night and we haven’t had time today.

How is everyone? I’m in the dreaded TWW, AF is due by Monday!

I'm currently in my ovulation stage, well due to ovulate tomorrow according to flo. But not really keeping too much of a track as I'm regularly dtd 😀 just keeping my hopes up and seeing what this month brings me.

Bad acne though but that could be the pill hormones coming out of me.

I've decided this month if af don't come on time. Then I'll wait until official a week after before testing. To save wasting money on a test 👍

Thats a good idea as they’re so expensive aren’t they! I’ve just ordered some cheapies off Amazon so I can use them to check as I’m going away this weekend and will be 10dpo Friday so wanting to check before spending a weekend drinking haha

Definitely think I'm ovulating right this second lol
Dtd last night as I felt my discharge was like the fertile type and my sex drive was higher
Then this morning my discharge was so very slippery and so on
And I noticed some pink like spotting!
Which I believe is ovulation spotting
But this is all really good signs that I am actually ovulating as I should 😀

My period was due yesterday but still no sign of it. I had some very light pink & brown spotting a few days ago for 3 days.
If I was pregnant, when would be the best time to test? I tried a First Response today but it was negative.

@Rose38 have you any update? I would think 2 days after the spotting for any HCG levels to be detectable.

AF arrived for me today so onto the next month

Periods still not arrived and all the cheap pregnancy tests are showing up negative. I ordered some Clearblue ones online but they will arrive in a few days.

I think if AF arrived I would feel relieved..this whole not knowing and wondering is doing my head in. But then again I have an ultrasound booked for Wed so probably not good if AF arrives before then.

That sounds really positive. Would be surprised if you didn't get a BFP soon. 🤞 for you. Have you done a pregnancy test?
My periods started today unfortunately 😔 Looks like it's back to square one.

Fingers crossed 😆 and not yet I'm going to do it if/when my period is a day late.

And aw I'm sorry to hear :( but it's a fresh new cycle for you to try again 😊 hopefully this will be the one for your bfp!

Does anyone know anything about ovary volume? In the scan I had, the report has just come back and shows one ovary has a volume of 3.9cc and the other one is 4.7cc...I don't know if that is good or bad? I'll try ringing the doctors later to see if they can explain it but just thought let me ask on here to see if anyone knows...

I've ate something today that I ate before exactly from the same batch of cooking... and it tastes totally different

Sounds good. Both times I was pregnant, I had the metallic taste in my mouth & tested positive same day. Let us know how you get on.

@Rose38 did you find out about the ovary volume? It’s not something I’ve heard of before!

@starryx what cycle day are you? Hoping the metallic taste is a sign! I’ve been having it the last couple of cycles but I think it was just my hormones changing for AF unfortunately

1 day late here :) test time tomorrow as long as af don't show in between
