Just a thread for any ladies ttc after a miscarriage! Nice to get some support from people going through the same thing. So I had a MMC at ten weeks nearly three weeks ago now. I'm still getting faint positive on tests. My ovulation tests are still all over the place possibly due to the HCG still being in my system. So not totally accurate right now. So I'm currently stuck in limbo land either waiting for ovulation or my period 🤔 any ladies want to join the journey?!?!

Can I ask roughly how long it's taken people's periods to come back? So scared it'll be a long drawn out affair when every month feels precious. Has anyone tried before first period?

@Ganesh2022 around 4 weeks..wasn't long. Had around 3 weeks of bleeding. 5 days break and then ovulated, then AF returned for ages..I was told not to try before first AF but I was naughty and did the once and then panicked I'd get an infection but all was ok 🙈 x

@calimc83 Thanks...so much bleeding :( The things women go through and are expected to carry on huh...? Have avoided the school run but will have to go eventually and the thought of having to smile and say "Christmas was great!"...ugh! Of course, everyone is doing the same, and good knows what anyone else goes through but...ugh.

@Ganesh2022 mine took around 5 weeks to come back but I waited until I had first period before we tried again x

Every god Dam test is high from cd 7 to now cd 18 I'm. Loosing. My. Shit 🤯🤦 why won't u change 😭 have I ovulated?! am I ovulating?! Were are you!!!

Have you tried the digital ones? Expensive but I found them easier to deal with

@Ganesh2022 yep.....so much! I know...it's shit. Took my 4year old to her swimming lesson yest. Was chatting to one of the other parents who told me she was due in May ( I was due May) she had a little bump 🙈 I managed to not breakdown or tell her the details of my MC ( I seem to have developed verbal diaorreha over it). Counting it as a win as I managed not to get overwhelmed....urgh it's a long process this recovery x

@Skl2021 I'm not surprised you're loosing your shit! I'd say the bottom pink one is pretty dark...what time are u testing and after a decent hold? X

@taykitty20 I tried them with my first child but like u say so expensive for how many I'm using!
@calimc83 how can they all be basically the same 🤦 yes bottom looks a smidge darker maybe but I just took it! My app is still saying the same! Yes IV tried all time of day and multiple times a day! I can't do this no more!! X

@Skl2021 I'd step away if you can...give it 5 days maybe?? And DTD x3 over those 5 days and then maybe an OPK after the 5days? X

Think AF is just about here 😩😩 10DPO and starting to get a bit of spotting...ffs x

@Skl2021 those test look really frustrating. I use the Tesco ones. You get 7 for about £12 which is more expensive but I've found them really reliable! The test line goes way darker than control when I'm ovulating!

@Skl2021 if it’s any consolation, I fucking hate OPKs. They never work for me and cause nothing but stress. I’ve been pregnant 3 times so I obviously ovulate! But I’ve never had a proper positive OPK, even from testing constantly.

@calimc83 oh no 😩 I hope it's not 🤞 yes I might have to step away I'm going insane. I tried to DTD last night and couldn't think the stress is getting to me 😭 so gues this month is over for me xx

@chasingtherainbow1 @PamelaDoov I have tried all different brands and times 🤣 never had a month like this before. I always get a gradual darkness then peak then back to low. Never had a month all the same so not quite sure what's going on. Just going to write this month off x

@calimc83 if I have then I have never missed a peak before 🤣🤦

I'm 11dpo (I think) going from the day after positive opk test. Have had the odd twinge for the last 3 days. Anyone know what this could be? Not planning on testing until Wednesday if af doesn't arrive.
When I say twinge is like a prickly/throb feeling. Todays was really really low down to the right. If someone can help me I would appreciate it?

Also had a shooting pain on my right boob there but was gone in couple of seconds

MMC confirmed today but they would not do anything about it, even though there has been no growth since last time and they pretty much said there is no way it could end well. Legally their hands are tied for ten days. Really upsetting as I just want control of the process. Terrified of when bleeding will start, whether it will start, all of it.

@calimc83 That's excruciating re the swimming :( If I am lucky enough to get pregnant again, I will always remember that someone standing in front of me may be having a hard time with this stuff. It was very hard, if understandable, to see happy couples with their scan pictures today. I get it, I've been on the other side, and I can only hope I was mindful that others were getting bad news.

@Hopingforarainbow27 I get those twinges every month, but the shooting boob ones I've associated with pregnancy. Obviously it can always go either way, but for me that has been a good sign so fingers crossed.

@Ganesh2022 thanks. It only happened once there and made me say " ouch" so it could be nothing!!
