Just a thread for any ladies ttc after a miscarriage! Nice to get some support from people going through the same thing. So I had a MMC at ten weeks nearly three weeks ago now. I'm still getting faint positive on tests. My ovulation tests are still all over the place possibly due to the HCG still being in my system. So not totally accurate right now. So I'm currently stuck in limbo land either waiting for ovulation or my period 🤔 any ladies want to join the journey?!?!

Hey @Bridgey8 - welcome :-) So sorry to hear your news :-(
I've always just tried again across my mcs as my body returned to normal and I tracked ovulation via opks. 2 of my pregnancies were subsequent, without a period in between - so it's possible to get pregnant again straight away. (If you're ready)
After 4 mcs, it's all rather clinical for me and I've detached myself from the emotional side - so I feel that I can just keep trying until one sticks xxx

@Skl2021 I was told by EPU that you can ovulate if hcg is lower than 100 as people have shots of hcg to trigger ovulation. Fingers crossed 🤞

@Rachae thanks, hopefully we will all get our BFP's soon. I feel a bit like that too even after two. I feel like each time I'll be prepared for it not to work out now.

@Bridgey8 I'm sorry to hear about your loss I got pregnant immediately after a mc but it ended in a mmc. But I have heard that it wasn't due to not having a break. I think it's just when you are mentally ready

@Bridgey8 hi yes absolutely! I think you get told to wait until after first period for dating reasons? If your ready then crack on! Lots of people do and have successful pregnancies! X
@rainbows1389 ohh that's good to know I thought u wouldn't ovulate until u get negative tests 🙈 I dtd once last week when bleeding stopped haven't since as I don't know if I'm ready! Ovulation tests are not that reliable either as there picking up the left over HCG 🤦🤣 x

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Hopefully this is a lucky thread. I am going to wait another week or so and do a test and see where I am. I've had to have antibiotics as they suspected an infection so just want to make sure my body has healed xxx

@Bridgey8 I'm three weeks on and still testing positive 😩 such a slow process hope your test is negative. I just want to know where I am 🤦🙈 xx

Oh gosh I'm dreading that @Skl2021 - how far along were you? Hope you get a negative soon (sounds so odd to say) xxx

@Bridgey8 I know how weird is it wanting a negative test after praying for a positive month after month 🤦 I was ten weeks. I seen the heartbeat twice as I had two early scans and was told the chance of miscarriage after seeing a heartbeat was very low but it just didn't work out 💔 xx

@Skl2021 I am so so sorry - that is so devastating. Well I hope you get your negative soon and we are both blessed with sticky beans xxxx

@Bridgey8 thankyou 💕 yes I expected it to still be positive with how far along I was and I didn't have medical management. Can't wait for things to get back to normal and to try again. Like u say hopefully we both get sticky beans 🙌🤞are you trying again straight away or waiting? X

@Skl2021 I'm not sure yet. We are planning on booking our honeymoon tonight for January to cheer ourselves up (had wedding cancelled 4 times last year) and whilst I don't want to wait I'm a bit scared if the same thing happened again and I was far from home (although I know we would be very Lucky to catch again so quickly). So could wait until after first period and then start trying when we are relaxed and away! But part of me doesn't want to miss the boat of trying straight away in case it's our best chance! Xx

@Bridgey8 aww that sounds lovely congratulations 🎉 something to look forward too and take ya minds off! Yes I know what u mean part of me wants to try now but the other half wants me to wait until IV had my first period. I feel if I wait I'm missing a chance 🙈 such a hard choice! Xx

@Bridgey8 how did the honeymoon planning go? We're hopefully getting married next Dec in New York (unless we have a baby)... I'm still looking for honeymoon ideas!

How's everyone doing? I'm 9dpo today and got a very very faint line on a FRER. Absolutely could be an evaporation line at this stage though, so going to see what the test tomorrow brings. xx

@Rachae I was wondering how the test went do you have a pick? Love a good line eyes 👀 xx

Thank you everyone for your kind messages. The last year has been the worst of my life and I miss my daughter every single day.
These are my lines this morning. Worried they're not getting much darker or thicker.

Those lines are 100% getting darker!!

@Skl2021 so I went mad and took the test apart... unfortunately a shadow I think on the display window, as the strip is stark white! I've read about people not getting a bfp until 10dpo+ though, so I guess I'm still in with a chance xx

Hey all. Do you mind if I join, had a mmc at 9 weeks devastated. Trying to conceive again cycle 2. 10dpo and had a bfn this morning so think I'm out to be honest. Trying to be positive but it's so hard xx

So i've been tracking OPK every day too for some reason... I've had negatives but the line has got a bit darker every time. Today I got a flashing smiley and the line is quite dark - almost the same as other line. What do you all think of this? Anything in it? xx

Could either be a bfp or it could be surge in lh and oestrogen that happens right before AF. Have you done a test?xx

@Rachae I got positive opks before positive pregnancy tests! That's how I knew I wasn't going mad 🤣 I do know people surge before af tho so it's a bit mixed. I tested with opks a different month and don't get a surge before af so knew it was positive 🤞🤞 let's hope your frer gets darker 🙌✨ x
