It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

Hi to everyone; I joined the bus in the early days (bus 2 I think 😳) and got promoted to the bump list in October after 18m total ttc and 1mmc; bump became baby 11 weeks ago so that's my back story for any newbies or even OGs who remember me!

My back story is I joined this bus in may 2020 right in the middle of lockdown and I finally got my BFP in December last year after 16 months ttc and an MMC. Bump became baby 8 weeks ago today! This bus sure is lucky so I hope we have some more BFPs soon💪🏼💗

Cant remember when I joined but was in the very early days 🤦‍♀️ had an extremely long time with no af and no explanation and always seemed to be cycle buddies with @lucyrp lol. Got my bfp last September and now have my wee cutie Caolan (pronounced keelan)

I say wee a lot as I'm originally from Glasgow much to @Minster2012 delight 🤣🤣

I've met so many amazing people on this thread that I can't bring myself to leave! Caolan was my last baby (4tb baby with a 14 year gap from my last) but I'm going to stick around whether u guys like it or not 🤷‍♀️🤣 xxx

Hello everyone! Reintroduction from me... I joined in March 2020 after discovering this thread when googling ttc tips, I was very lucky in that it didn't take TOO long for us and I got my BFP in August 2020.

My little boy is now 7 months old after being born a month early in March 2021 and I've just last week gone back to work. He has a milk allergy so we had a rough start with extreme vomiting, weight loss and hospital stays but he's doing amazing now, a real chunk! He's just started crawling, enjoying weaning finally and generally causing mischief. Also the reason why I am writing this at 5.30am 🙃

I've met so many contacts through this thread it has honestly been the best thing not only for TTC time but for the maternity leave time too. It led me on to the most supportive fb pregnancy group with some others from this thread, but also from other MN TTC threads as one big non judging community. From that we now have an amazing whatsapp group that is active all day every day and have had mum and baby meet ups in our local areas through that so honestly without coming on here my whole TTC/pregnancy/mat leave experience would have been so lonely and depressing!

I've loved keeping track of you when I can and can't wait to see more BFPs and babies ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I spent quite a while on the bus,TTC #2 with a few early miscarriages and chemicals on the way,
I am now 26 weeks (today!) with our rainbow and I still don't think I've let it really sink in!!

I'm 5dpo AF due on 29th and I had period pains last night so not sure what's going on.

I'm calling in from the bus to work where I've just realised I'm wearing a navy patterned dress, navy shoes and BLACK TIGHTS. They looked navy this morning 🤦🏼‍♀️

Recap wise for me - been here since the first bus. Unexplained infertility and waiting for IVF to start. Got my first appointment to get it going on Tuesday next week.

@Juno231 scan went OK. Everything is doing what it should be. They call you later with a plan but they'll tell me when to start the stims etc. I'm stressed though because DH is coughing like a dog (is that a phrase? 🤣) and kept me up all night. If I get that then christ knows what happens. He's absolutely full of cold. So for the next few days I'm going to be sitting here praying I don't. I reckon he picked up on Wednesday last week as the people he saw coincidentally also have colds of varying degrees. So I'm not happy. He started with it Saturday morning so it should be hitting me about now if I'm going to get it? Joy.

So my backstory...joined the bus June 2020 after about 9 months unsuccessful ttc. Investigations started at 11 months and it was male factor first off and then later found out I had low amh and endo! Got a laparoscopy and ivf referral one month and after the other and got pregnant first ivf round after ttc for a total of 20 months! Currently 22 weeks 1 day pregnant with a little girl and still on this bus with these fabulous women. I don't comment as much anymore but do still read along and cheer on any successes and give advice where I can. 😘

@paintfairy oh how exciting! Sounds like your OH has that "worst ever cold" that's going around since Sep and both my OH and I had it in the past month! Fingers crossed you don't get it but hopefully it won't interfere with egg collection.

@Juno231 he does always seem to get bad coughs when he's ill. But yeah it seems a pretty bad one! Rubbish. I think I had 2 hours sleep. 😫
@becarefuloutthere yeah it seems to fly once people on here get their bfp. It's strange that some babies have been born and some of us are still sat here. 🙄 Feels like forever in that sense and yet the pregnancies really seem to fly!

Clinic called. I can start stims tonight and my next scan is booked for Monday. 🥳
@InkyPaper the clinic does seem ok with the actual things happening and the lady i saw today was nice. She's the one who called too. I think it's just the admin side that's a bit hit and miss. One thing I will say (being picky 🤣) when they did scans at the hospital- they used to give you tissues so you could clean yourself up after. This doesn't seem to happen here and I'm like, yuck. But on the flip side they turn the screen to you and show you what's happening, so you aren't just left wondering what they are looking at. Panty liners are your friend. 🤣
