Hello everyone

cricri I only told close family and HR dpt with my first 2 mcs but I have been more open this time. I was surprised how many other people opened up and told me they had had one too. I definately think talking about it helps, it is part of the grieving process and not something to be ashamed of.

ILTS Very sad about your mum's neighbour. Hope everything works out with your DP.

TJuice How did the physio work out for you.

cricri · 07/11/2007 15:30

Afternoon everybody,
Jules I hope you're OK. Slishsplosh and SK are right, it is a rollercoaster with some days better than others. Don't be hard on yourself, you've been through a lot. We're here if you need to talk.
ILTS I wondered where you'd got to as you're usually such a regular poster. So sorry to hear about your Mum's neighbour, it's such a shock for everybody. Sudden deaths are very difficult to come to terms with. I hope your bleeding has stopped and that you can sort things out with DP.
TJuice Hope everything went well today and that you saw your little bean at the scan. Let us know how you got on.
Hope everybody else is OK today.

sweetkitty · 07/11/2007 16:13

Tjuice - hope your scan went well and the erm fanny physio which is quite funny I have 3 weeks to go until my scan and it's dragging in already.

LoveAngel · 07/11/2007 16:16

Just popping in to say hello. Hope all is ok today? I'm having a glass of wine at 4.15pm - that's how stressful I found my son's 'settling in' day at nursery. Tut tut (bad mummy emoticon)

TJuice · 07/11/2007 16:59

thanks for the good vibes everyone.

fanny physio was okay -she just showed me some exercises so my pelvic muscles don't get so crampy. apparently they are all tense and uptight after the whole mc experienc. but if the exercises don't work out, she does some kind of massage - now that sounds really weird. hope to avoid that.

scan went well, i am 6wks, 5 days with a little heartbeat, so i am happy, happy. i get a scan every two weeks, which is actually kind of nerve-racking in a way but good.

hope everyone is doing well this evening. i really have a craving for rice crispy cakes at the moment but feel like retching when i am in my kitchen so will suffice with a muller rice for my tea . . .

ladylush · 07/11/2007 17:26

Tjuice - excellent news about the baby. So glad you saw/heard the heartbeat. V reassuring . Hope exercises work - agree the massage too weird to contemplate

ILTS - so sad to hear what happened to your mum's neighbour Awful. Also sorry to hear about the bleeding - though it doesn't always mean you are m/c. Understand how worrying it is though. Hope all is ok (hugs).

teeheelaydee · 07/11/2007 17:59

TJuice - Yey Yey Yey !! I think you will be glad of the 2 week scans and by the time the little bean makes an appearance you will be well aquainted. (Yes you are right peoples reaction has been weird. Almost makes me laugh when in one mood and really upsetting when in another !- I guess that is why it is so lovely here you can just talk without everyone getting freaky and uncomfortable)

ILTS Poor you - what a horrid couple of days - I don't really know what to say to make it better but it will get better.

jules Hope you are feeling a bit better today.

Hey to everyone else - end of week for me tomorrow and I can't wait - need a weekend already.

lovelylou · 07/11/2007 18:12

ilts - so tragic, i feel so bad for your neighbour's wife. hope you are doing as well as you can be, lady?

iliketotrickortreat · 07/11/2007 21:24

yeah i think we sorted it out, time will tell

Wheelybug · 07/11/2007 21:35

Hi All.

Sorry to hear all your news ILTS and Jules.

TJuice - great news about your scan. Not sure really what to say about the fanjo physio .... but hope it works !

No news here, CD31. Expecting the EW any moment - have had pmt symptoms for a week now so am certain she's round the corner. I wish she'd hurry up because its making me begin to get my hopes up when really I know she's a-coming.... grrrr....

DUSTIN · 07/11/2007 21:41

TJuice so pleased to hear about your scan. Take care.

ILTS I am glad you have sorted it out with DP- Keep you chin up!

Good evening to everyone else.

It's my birthday tomorrow but that just reminds me that my eggs are getting past their sell by date!

ClairePO · 07/11/2007 22:15

Hope your sister is OK Jules and hope that you are feeling better too. Hi to everyone else.

ladylush · 07/11/2007 22:21

Jules - so sorry to hear what you're going through. Can totally understand the grief, the guilt etc. Hope all is ok with your sis. Went thru a similar thing and it was not a good outcome. I think at that stage they should be able to see a gestation sac, in another 1-2 they would see a bean and a heartbeat if all was going well. Any chance her dates are wrong?

ladylush · 07/11/2007 22:23

Can't pray as not religious but everything crossed for your sis (hugs) xx
