OracleInaCoracle · 15/11/2007 16:43

small really and it looked like end of af type blood in cm rather than products of a mc (sorry if tmi) just spoken to epu and they are calling me back

cricri · 15/11/2007 16:47

Lissie Good news - keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Hollie Do you have a link for where you read about sometimes not getting a BFP until AF due? The reason I'm asking is that I'm on CD31, having had one normal AF after mc, tested yesterday morning (BFN) and still no AF! No idea what my body is doing either!
Starlight I sympathise, although I had AF 28 days after my mc so I thought everything was back to normal. Perhaps you should see the doctor, although as Aquababe says it can take a while for your body to get back to normal post-mc and everybody is different.

Holly78 · 15/11/2007 16:48

Starlight i agree its the hardest thing to go through,i'm constantly emotional about it all.

OracleInaCoracle · 15/11/2007 16:58

thank you all so much. seems theres a glimmer of hope there! epu nurse stressed that no pain was good!

cricri · 15/11/2007 17:01

Really pleased for you Lissie and fingers crossed for tomorrow. Take it easy tonight!
Thanks in advance for the link Holly - I know I'm probably clutching at straws but you never know!

sweetkitty · 15/11/2007 17:01

lissie I'm thinking at the stage of pregnancy your at, if it were a mc it would just be like a chemical pregnancy wouldn't it, a bit heavier than a normal AF? So it would be like a AF so my reckoning is that the brown gloop is kind of good news. Am still keeping everything crossed for you, hope hey do the blood HCG level thing with you.

exactly sweetkitty, im taking the facy that i feel like crap as a good sign. dont pray often, but im praying now. i cant have had 6mc's, i just cant!

sweetkitty · 15/11/2007 17:35

That's what I think lissie, it anything went wrong at this stage it would be a normal (maybe little heavier) AF your HCG levels wouldn't have had time to build up. I think it would be cervical erosion or an implantation bleed, you can't be that late for you period yet either can you?

OracleInaCoracle · 15/11/2007 17:36

period was due on tuesday

Holly78 · 15/11/2007 17:36

www.pregnancy-info.net/home_pregnancy_tests.html

cricri this is one i read and the one below has some stories of women who never got a positve till after af.

www.i-am-pregnant.com/encyclopedia/P/Pregnancy-tests/

Hope this sheds some light hun xx

OracleInaCoracle · 15/11/2007 17:37

so timing's about right for implantation bleeding

TwilightSurfer · 15/11/2007 19:29

Hi ladies,
I'm trying to catch up but have had a bad 24 hours. Seems my doctor failed to mention I had a cyst on each ovary following my mc. Hmmm, oh yeah, my doctor didn't talk to me about anything after my mc was confirmed!! Any way, one ruptured early this morning, the other....I don't know yet. Bottom line I've been hurting like H$%% for a whole day and that's with drugs.

Rant over.....

Found a really cool conception website. The description of things are quite detailed but in a very understandable story format. Just thought I'd share.

cricri · 15/11/2007 21:29

Holly Thank you for those links - very interesting. Particularly liked the comment about the lady who tested -ive until she was 6 months pg - how on earth?! Anyway, it gives me hope. I'll do another test at the weekend if AF isn't here by then.
Lissie Hope you're OK.
Hope everybody else is OK too.
