well, think its over, just lost a big glob of dark blood. i hate my fucking shitty rubbish excuse for a body!

cricri · 15/11/2007 11:36

Oh Lissie

aquababe · 15/11/2007 11:37

Oh lissie I am so very very sorry

TJuice · 15/11/2007 11:39

hi everyone

welcome CANDE - congrats on your bfp. also Lissie - I know its scary right now but its going to work out fine, okay. positivity and sticky vibes to you.

hi cedar - hope it happens quickly and safely this time for you.

i am "working from home" again, which involves me padding around in my pajamas all day, wretching at frequent intervals and trying to write about blood gas analysers and a new danish fashion designer in between. i am glad that my work is quite flexible because i am so boakey that i feel like i would have to tell them i'm pg and i'm not quite ready for that yet (haven't told any of my friends or family even).

hope everyone is keeping up the good spirits in TTC and eating cake. Did anyone else download that fertility mp3? it was very relaxing and who knows - maybe those subliminal messages do work . . . .

I am keeping up the acupuncture and really think its good. he says he is working on keeping the fetus up high and at the last scan, it really was quite high up (she couldn't see it at first - cue me having a panic attack whilst knickerless in stirrups). and that's my anedotal evidence for you!

cake is not very high priority for me right now. my diet has changed so much - from healthy veggie stuff to absolute bollocks - white bread, kiddie cereals like cheerios, heinz tomato soup, egg and chips and other really basic, bland nursery type food. simply can't stomach anything else.

i did eat a very nice, fresh, chewy, crunchy florentine the other day though - thick chocolate bottom, toasted flaked almonds and sticky fruit filling. pretty good (for about 10 mins)

TJuice · 15/11/2007 11:41

sorry Lissie - missed your post. i really wish i could take away the pain and stress . . .

mcchesers · 15/11/2007 11:51

Oh no Lissie..I'm so so sorry. I never know the right thing to say..just know that I am thinking of you x

ladylush · 15/11/2007 11:58

Oh Lissie - so sorry. Are you sure? Do you have pain? Some women bleed red blood but the pg is fine. I so hope it isn't another m/c

sweetkitty · 15/11/2007 11:58

lissie don't know what to say, you have every right to rant away I feel so for you too.

welcome C&E, mcchesers and I are in the same boat, I had a mc in Aug, BFP 2 weeks ago, I'm on the Due in July thread but am so anxious about this one. I hang out here because everyone is so nice (and theres usually cake)!

Sorry Starlight
I was mighty pissed off when I tested negative that first time too
I read somewhere it can take between 4 and 7 weeks for your body to return to normality. so its still a waiting game

cedar12 · 15/11/2007 16:33

I dont know what to say Lissie it just so shit

aquababe · 15/11/2007 16:33

by normality, I mean your first period.

Hi hun, Boooooo at your bfn.I was reading today that you sometimes dont get bfp untill 2weeks after af due date just depends on level of hormones. I had a mc a couple of years ago at 12 weeks (i mc in toilets at a dance on new years eve ) and 5 weeks later i was pg again (dd1 born in oct that year)and i never got af or anything,i went to docs and they sent bloods away came back pg. it is so hard to read your body have you spoke to your GP? I think i would maybe make an appointment hun. xx
