LoveAngelGabriel · 13/11/2007 15:12

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 15:20

goingfor3 · 13/11/2007 15:22

sweetkitty · 13/11/2007 15:22

whooohooo lissie you have me in tears, congratulations, going to be a (hopefully) long next 8 weeks for you.

I think I will be logging in every day (already do anyway but doubly so to see how you are doing. We will be here every long day with you.

sweetkitty · 13/11/2007 15:24

I cannot believe they cannot give you long term low dose antibiotics like they do for something like TB.

Wheelybug · 13/11/2007 15:27

Wishing you an uneventful and speedy 36 (ish) weeks.

Congratulations lissie!!!

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 17:10

thank you, wasnt going to unmask til after my scan but felt too guilty (i'd never make a master criminal) am trying to take the sickness as a good sign and am ignoring the (v mild) backache. am also a proficient knicker checker!

very cross about the anti-biotics though!

LoveAngelGabriel · 13/11/2007 18:28

Hey ladies, got a 'tmi' question for those with the stomach for it. I miscarried 3 weeks ago at 6 weeks, stopped bleeding after about 6 days, have felt ok since. The last few days I have had a tiny bit of dried blood in my knickers towards the end of the day. Could this be the beginnings of a period? Or my womb cleaning itself out? Sorry to be gross. Any advice gratefully recieved.

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 18:33

did you get a bfn?

LoveAngelGabriel · 13/11/2007 18:34

I haven't tested since m/c and no chance I could be pregnant anyway if you catch my drift!

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 18:37

ime itll be your body getting ready for af.

Cheekster · 13/11/2007 18:38

Lissie - I am so pleased for you!!!!!

I knew you wouldnt be able to wait any longer to test!It is so hard isnt it. That is amazing news.

Well Im still hanging on - I too am a very proficient knicker checker - at least every hour - although I seem to have to go more anywhere - I have to get up in the night too and I never do normally - psychological or what?

Great news about early scan and having such an understanding doctor - I hope I get the same treatment as you when I go on thurs.

Fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed for you!

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 18:47

sooo not counting my eggs yet though, got to get past that magic 6w mark then i can relax a bit...

ladylush · 13/11/2007 19:15

Yay Lissie Congrats and got everything crossed for you. Hope it's an ultra sticky bean like your ds You so deserve it.

It's kind of crappy timing I know, but I have my consultant appt on thursday and they will rescan me to check the ovarian cyst. Remember I said he was a bit vague/unhelpful? Can you give me some pointers as to questions to ask him as it might be my last appt with them. I've had clotting bloods - normal. Still waiting for chromosome bloods back.

NOW I SHALL SAY NOTHING FOR TWO WEEKS.

Please please let Lissie be ok this time.

Congrats to all you lucky ladies with BFPs

ronshar · 13/11/2007 19:23

Good grief what happened with my capital letters??
I meant

ClairePO · 13/11/2007 19:48

Congrats Lissie - I guess you must have ovulated earlier than you thought to get a BFP already everything crossed for you

AF for me, back to CD1

teeheelaydee · 13/11/2007 19:53

lissie- That is sooo fantastic. Have read posts from other threads over past few weeks so know you have had a nightmare time. Everything crossed for you.

sk- can't believe only 2 weeks until your scan - see the time is ticking away although to you it probably feels like an age.

All this talk of BFP has made me what to get my cycle back to normal so we can try again. Think I am CD19 today after mc but hard to tell as bleeding on and off for about 5 days. In same boat as grinningbee and starlight. Keep counting I guess !

OracleInaCoracle · 13/11/2007 20:53

ladylush, you should ask what further tests they propose doing, what action they will be taking when you get pg again. ask them to go over your labour notes again to see if there is anything significant there... hth.

and thank you everyone x
