@2alreadywantanother could happen I guess! We only started bd'ing the day before my app said ov so I'm not sure that it will work but we'll see!

I'm on cd8 and opk-ing right from the start to make sure I don't miss my peak and to keep a track of whether I even get a peak. Will be DTD every other day if I don't get a peak. Otherwise will be optimising efforts on the days of peak and day after 😂

Hello everyone, hope it's ok to join in. I had surgical management 2 months ago for a missed miscarriage, my first pregnancy - we decided to wait for one cycle to give my body time to get back to normal then started ttc again this month - but had a BFN at 12dpo yesterday and AF is just arriving, so no luck this month. Here's hoping to a bumper round of BFPs for us all soon!

@VP91x thank you for the new thread! Finger crossed you get the metformin quickly - I’m glad your Dr is in it and more positive than the other douche!! I have a scan booked for just over 3 weeks away when I will be 8+4. I was tempted to go earlier, but last time I didn’t progress passed 5+4, and my body only noticed at just passed 8weeks - so I was worried if I went for a 6 week scan I might not notice much difference if things hadn’t progressed again, then they say you are more likely to get the heartbeat after 7 weeks, so I plumped for 8. We decided not to tell our parents until we know if it is progressing ok - then I’ll hold off with wider family and friends until 12weeks+ Xx

Just wanted to say a quick hello to anyone who is new here, and sorry that you have found yourself in need of this thread :( I have found this group so so supportive over the last 7 months, it really has been a blessing! Also - if anyone is ever worried about how often you dtd - OH and I spent months trying SMEP, DTD for 4 days in a row etc etc, both times I have had my bfp, we dtd once - so it can definitely happen x

Just marking my place. Not sure what dpo I am but AF due anytime in the next week and a half. Currently day 29, last cycle was 34 and the one before that 40 days. Have said to myself I will test on Sunday if AF hasn’t arrived by then but just have that feeling that it will turn up soon. Got internal scan tomorrow, bit nervous but be good to check everything out.

Hi all, congratulations to all the BFP's!!! It's great to see, even if I am a little envious! I'm on CD4, hubby's birthday tomorrow and taking him out for dinner Friday evening so hopefully it'll take our minds off of TTC.

@Bellabubble I know it was such a relief to have a conversation. I think 8 weeks is a good time in general for a scan, it would probably feel more reassuring. I'm glad you are feeling OK, I'm sure all will be progressing wonderfully with baby. So exciting! Xx

@Wishingfornumber2 thank you lovely, yes all OK here just waiting for AF to turn up so I can move right along, haha. I hope your scan goes OK is this NHS or private? If NHS make sure to ask questions sometimes they aren't so vocal about what they see xx

@2alreadywantanother you need to keep testing. Could get darker! Or it could be on the way down from the darkest. Test every day so see what’s going on but you should be DTD now!

@MRJ86 I think we are at the same time of cycle. I’m 9DPO today. I’m too scared to test. I’m due AF Monday so prob won’t test till then. Only issue is I’m going on holiday sat for a week and will want a drink! 😬 🤔

Update from everyone? Anyone testing in the next week. Would you ladies say 11DPO with a frer would give an accurate yes or no? need to know really before my holiday starts on sat, so if I’m not preggers... I can let me hair down. 😊 🍸

@2alreadywantanother I meant to say test 2-3 times a day as it’s so dark now. FMU, midday and 6pm

@RichmondLady1981 💕 yes I would say 11dpo is a pretty reliable result! Would that be tomorrow or Saturday for you? Where are you off on holiday - so jealous!

All OK here just waiting for AF, didnt ovulate this cycle so I've been in happy non stressful wait for AF haha.

@Wishingfornumber2 my lady was really lovely and answered all my questions, I even asked if she thought I had ovulated or was going to and she confirmed no on both counts. So maybe ask too? No surprise for me this month unfortunately due to it being anovulatory but its okay I'm ready for next cycle xx

Morning all. Hubby's birthday today so made him breakfast in bed, work all day but I just can't be bothered lately. So hard to keep your mind on anything other than TTC! Off out for a meal tomorrow night to celebrate his birthday so hopefully a bit of distraction. CD5 for me, AF on her way out so hopefully start ovulation testing later today to get my baseline and it means birthday DTD for him anyone else around the same place as me in cycles? So want it to be this time round so we have good news at Christmas for family

@VP91x thanks for asking after me! I'm doing CBD again. Blank circle today but (TMI) bucket loads of EWCM so DTD tonight to cover myself just in case! Where are you in your cycle?x

I have been testing 2/3 times a day. Just did this and its showing high on app. On I really hope I am ovulating. Tomorrow is 3wks from d&c and next is the wait for af. What do you think? Is it a peak. DTD last night anyway and will tonight again. And fri sat and sun if we can. 🤞the 2nd pic is the same pic but not on the app

@bellabubble 8 weeks past is generally a good place to check. That's when I've been told to come back as earlier is harder to visualise. Fingers crossed for you but I'm sure all will be okay.

@RichmondLady1981 yes 11dpo should be good. Last time I tested 12dpo with a cheap one and got a positive right away. Good luck xx

@paperfleur don't despair, I had my mc in May and my cycles still aren't fully back to normal. If your cycle is back to normal, that's a start at the very least. Are you opk-ing?

@Furbsies he's definitely a boob man so I trust he sees more than I do tbf😂😂
