Hi girls! I know we wanted to start a thread for the ones who didn't get their BFP this month.

@Skyla01 @Mrsrobinson247 @SarahMS I know you wanted to join.

Anyone else welcome to join us on our conception journey and looking to test around 2nd week in December.

TTC #1 (2nd pregnancy)

AF due around 9th September

This is my 1st month using OPKs - anyone got any advice on when to start testing?

@Katie1109 Think I'm out tbh. Thought spotting had stopped as nothing this morning, took a OS test and BFN. Then I bent over feeding cats and got a horrific stabbing pain. Since then had pink spotting which feels like it will turn into full AF in next couple of hours. Totally gutted.

@Sunflower2019 that's so rubbish, agree with others, try to keep hopeful until AF shows. It's incredibly cruel :(

I know exactly what you mean. I can’t relate on the issues with previous partners but my DH was desperate for kids earlier in our relationship, then when I finally decided to start TTC we had 18months of problems (With me) before we were able to actively start trying!
It will happen for you eventually, I know it’s easier said than done but you just need to persevere. You’re not alone in this, keep talking to your OH, and you can rant on here too!! It is shit but you’ll get there xxx

@burntpinky I totally get your frustration. You're going to feel like that but yes do try and be kinder to yourself even though I know it's so hard. I always want to cry over Ttc too and I feel so guilty because the last time I was pregnant I didn't keep it. It was with an ex partner 6 years ago and the situation was just bloody shit and I was so depressed. I got pregnant STRAIGHT away and now I have this beautiful partner and such a lovely life to give a baby and its taking longer than I expected. I know its only 4 months of trying but I can't help but think every day I'm being punished in some cruel way because of the past. I know it's stupid to think like it but it's so hard not to because why? You know.
Anyway at least we are all in this together. If I didn't have you ladies to comfort me and to talk to and to comfort, I would feel very much alone as my partner isn't the talking type 😂❤️ we will do this and you know what the struggle makes it much more beautiful but we can't feel that in the thick of it now! Bit of positivity at the end haha xx

@Katie1109 thanks 🤞 I just have a bad feeling! I’ve had tests so not like I can go to drs! My fertility should be fine :/ You can get a Lh surge just before af, I’ve had them.. xx

Thanks ladies and so sorry you’re going through this too. I’m sorry others are going through it but comforted to know I’m not alone if you know what I mean. @Ellsbells112 I totally get why you’d think that but you are def not being punished nor do you deserve to be - we all do what is right for us/the situation at the time. When I actually read about what it takes to get pregnant, I do think gosh I’m being silly in thinking it “should” happen straight away but I always say, when you’re little, you’re told that if you work hard at something you’ll get it but it doesn’t seem to bloody well apply to pregnancy!!!

@burntpinky yes, I know what you mean but hard not to think it should just happen when we are constantly told we have to be so careful lol! In movies people just fall pregnant straight away! We are programmed to think it happens quickly I suppose. Glad I could be of some help to you xx

@Sunflower2019 I know chick ❤️ I don't mean this in a bad way but you saying you've been through the same totally comforted me and made me feel more normal, it's hard when you think you're alone in it and that people will be mean to you if they know! ❤️❤️ I still have my fingers crossed for you xxxx

I looked at my apps incorrectly. My af is due Wed/Thurs, don’t know why I thought it might be tomorrow. AF like feeling down there returned, feeling really wet and keep checking if af arrived 😭 knowing my luck it will arrive tomorrow morning and I have ordered FRER for absolutely nothing. My next FW is meant to start on the 24th so looks like we’ll be busy DTD between Christmas and New Year. Ehh...I wanted this Christmas BFP sooo badly, but knew I couldn’t have that much luck in my life!

@Katie1109 my next FW around same time and my parents are staying with us from 22-27th!!! So going to have to DTD really quietly!

My next FW is around the same time @Katie1109 @burntpinky, we're staying at my parents and rooms are close and paper thin so no chance really. Hopefully get in a little before we leave on 23rd.

I thought there would be more BFPs in the thread. Not feeling very christmassy now boo :(

@Ellsbells112 ❤️ I felt like everyone would judge me too, we are lucky we have our little ones but what we did at the time was for our best interests! We will get our happy ending!

@Katie1109 I just done an opk - I’m 9DPO mines pretty dark too... weird isn’t it as I’m not due af for 5 days!!!!! I’ll post a piccy :) x

@Quiffy same.. was expecting this amazing Christmas BFP from all of us.. I got mine but was short lived :( x

I'm the same girls. Stark white bfn again this morning. 10DPO and CD26 (normally have 28 day cycle) boooo. Bring on new year BFP for us all.

New to this thread...Approx 14dpo and no clear bfp only very very very faint line after specified time, have symptoms galore and I’m actually worried if I’m not pregnant what is wrong with me as I’m feeling so rough! I know you’ll all tell me the faint lines I’m seeing after the specified time are evap lines but the most recent ones are still very very faint but the ones earlier were even fainter so getting ever so slightly darker?! I remember having very faint lines when I tested with previous pregnancy and that turn out to be a BFP. But I’m thinking 14dpo if not more I should be having a clear bfp if I am pregnant. AF due today 🤔 Hate the uncertainty, I don’t even mind if I’m not pregnant as not planned to be!

@Symptomspotter86 BFNs are the worst, fingers crossed that Af doesnt show and your BFP could still come!

Here are the test strips I’ve done last two days, I might be seeing things but I can see something, top one is yesterday’s and in my opinion slightly darker. But both after the specified time 🤔 unfortunately the one I did this morning is different test and I’ve just seen it’s 20mlU and these strips in pic were 10mlU so if only just showing on those won’t show yet on a 20mlU. Arrgh just want to know either way!

Ladies sorry to be a pain but I’m struggling to deal with yet another failure. Am I seeing things?!?!?!

I did a opk and pg this morning both bfn - talk about kicking a girl while she's down! Was kinda hoping I was yet to ov but now thinking I've missed it and AF will be just round the corner.

@Ange211 BFNs just become so heartbreaking. When is Af due?
