Ttc number 2!

Hello! Anyone thinking of ttc number 2? I have a 6 month old baby and don't want a big age gap between babies. AF has been a bit erratic over the past few months but DH and I have decided to make next month the first month of ttc. Anyone else sort of in the same boat?

Can't believe I'm still only 3dpo. Why is time draaaaaagging like this?! Did I mention I'm impatient??

I'm currently 5dpo tuna.have you had any pains? I've been getting stomach pains, but could be stress I have alot on lol

Mbear - no pains at all. And I don't 'feel' pregnant. Just want to move on to next month to be honest.
I just know it won't have happened this month so I'm itching to get on to cycle #2!!

I'm ttc no. 2 also. DD1 is 13 months

I stopped the pill end of April then had an early miscarriage after conceiving first cycle.
Last month no bfp so counting this cycle as number 2 as not including the miscarriage cycle.

Also had a mmc at 13 weeks before having DD1 so hoping next pregnancy will be another keeper!

I'm 28 :-)

Currently 2dpo so anxiously in my 2ww. Hate it. I'm such a POAS addict!

So what do we all think is worse, the TWW or waiting to ovulate?! I hate the TWW but I've heard some people say they prefer that because they feel like they've done all they can!!

Wonder how many BFPs will get this month. I'm sure there will be some 😄

TTC no 2, cycle 4. 15 dpo, but had 2 neg poas since AF was due last Saturday. 28 day cycle exactly since we started tracking.

My DD is almost 18 months, she born via ELCS at 39 weeks, as I have Crohn's disease and numerous vaginal fistulas, so I would've exploded had I tried to push her out!

Next one will also be ELCS as I have since had emergency surgery to remove my large bowel and now have a permanent ileostomy.

Totally with tuna (I think) who said you have to self advocate when you have a chronic condition - no one but the specialists have a clue! My surgeon knows I'm trying though and is fine with it, and is based at the same hospital I would be having the baby in. He was present at my ELCS too just in case. Lovely man!

Willing AF to hurry up, or a POAS to be positive so I know either way. This not knowing is a nightmare!

malbec I find TWW much worse than waiting for ovulation!

Was so nauseated this afternoon for a good 2 hours. Thought I was going to vom. But am only 4dpo so it can't possibly be an early symptom can it? Don't know what's wrong with me. But wish it would go away :(

Ps I STILL have bad stomach pains and I'm 6DPO cycle of 30-33 it like a constant dull ache.

Got an even stronger positive opk today so seems like yesterday probably wasn't quite positive. CD19 now so looking likely I'll have a LP of only about 8 days Might need to look into trying B6 next cycle to lengthen it.

malbec I hate the 2ww but I did find waiting for ov this month quite stressful as I was worried it wasn't going to happen!

Mbear - really? I didn't know that! Still think I'm just feeling a bit rough today.

I'll be testing Monday. I'll only be 9dpo though. So a bit too early. But I'm an impatient mare.

As I'm only just entering the 2ww I won't be testing for a while... Well, trying not to!!

Excited for those of you closer to testing! Really hope we get lots of BFPs this month!

Tuna - I will be testing Sunday I think im 9dpo but I didn't get a proper positive so unsure when I ovulated!!

Purplehaze- I'm the same I'm so excited for people to get BFPs I'm hoping for lots

Malbec I think the tww is definitely worse than waiting to ovulate...At least I don't feel too guilty about a glass of wine when waiting to ovulate!

I'm only on CD3 although it seems that AF has virtually stopped and was pretty light, so not sure what is going on with my cycles as the last one was only 23 days with an 8 day LP! I've started taking B6 now to see if that helps!

I wasn't feeling much symptoms until tonight, took my bra off and my boobs were agony! And so bloody heavy!! And I've went right off sex after being so randy last week, which happened to me last time. Not sure if I am imagining symptoms now though.

Anyway I'm seeing my consultant tomorrow so will ask him to do a blood test. Imagine he'll be keen to find out ASAP to start the right care.

AF due Monday for me. Going to try not to test until officially late.

I also love to analyse a squinter because I won't test early (way too chicken) so share away all of your tests please . I find seeing a BFP gives me more hope that it might actually happen to me again one day! I kept my test from DS and I still look at that from time to time

I'm still waiting to OV so nothing going on here for me! Interesting about having symptoms earlier second time round. First time I felt really dizzy on 7 and 8dpo so I'm guessing that was implantation. I've imagined loads of symptoms for the last few months though and obviously have no BFP so I think some of them are just progesterone related!

I have a 10 day luteal phase so my AF should be due next Thurs I think.

Actually thinking about it, I reckon the build up to ov may actually be worse as I stress myself our thinking what if I don't ovulate this month!
At least in the two week wait I know it's done and dusted so to speak!

We had sex five times during the fertile 6 days this month so I know we've done all we can this month.

I didn't have symptoms until over six weeks with any of my pregnancies so I can't rely in symptom spotting during the 2ww.

Malbec you obviously have far more restraint than I do. I am in awe of those who can resist early testing. I don't know why I do it. It only stresses me out.

I never symptom spotted the first time round. So no idea if there were any early warning signs.

Loz My AF is due next Sat/Sun so we must be on similar cycles. 5dpo for me today...

Loz have you found it easy enough to get pregnant with a 10 day LP? I know what you mean about stressing you won't ovulate. I've had a few weird cycles so it's in the back of my mind a bit too!

where it's because one month after coming off the pill, AF didn't show so I tested and it was bfn, so I waited an entire week with no AF and tested again only to get another bfn. In the end I mustn't have ovulated and AF came after about 52 days. It was absolutely horrendous and my heart sank when I saw the BFNs, so no I vow not to test unless AF is 100% late and I know that there's a really good chance I'm pregnant!! 5dpo is on the way to the interesting part of the TWW I guess, it does drive you mad though doesn't it!
