As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

Sorry was trying to do too many things at once.

have nice days

Angsthase · 27/07/2006 13:35

I too have wasted money on a Gym membership!, but have learned my lesson and now just pretend to run instead!!

Been very crap this week (and last). It's been too hot to run at night and I struggle to get up at 7:30 for work, so 6:30 is well out of the question. Well done you Natty for getting up 5:30. Made of stronger stuff than me.

Foodwise has been ok, but far too many cold glasses of wine of an evening. Will start again on Monday I think this week is beyond repair. At least I've got some bd'ing to look forward to at the weekend. I OV next week.

Here's to renewed vigour for August!!!

coggy · 27/07/2006 17:16

LOL at your pretending to run!!

I am cooling myself with pimms and lemonades - not very diet freindly although I take some comfort in that fact that the lemonade is sugar free.

coggy · 28/07/2006 08:52

Hurrah!!

And what time did you get up this morning??!!

OP posts:
Natty1806 · 28/07/2006 09:10

lie in today, 8am - day off.

Angsthase · 28/07/2006 09:34

Ooh Natty - sliding already...or did you go to the gym when you got up? Although as you lost 0.5lb you've earned a rest

Coggy, I'm already Pimms'd out. Had 2 sessions on it last week and can't face it now! I'm sure I'll get over it though.

As for me...I have a hangover (bbq at friends) and am already dreading my weigh-in on Monday. It's going to be grim...must bd lots this w/e - at least it's exercise of a sort!

Natty1806 · 28/07/2006 10:13

No day of rest today, but cleaning my carpers later which i am sure will work up a sweat.

Gym days - sat, Mon, Wed and Thur

Ache a little today but a nice ache.

MrsMcJnr · 28/07/2006 10:57

Morning ladies, I have put on weight again another 1 1/4 can't believe it, well I can after all the booze and Thai food but I am very cross with myself.

Well done Natty, doing well and I like your discipline.

wannaBe1974 · 28/07/2006 11:08

coggy · 28/07/2006 15:12

Okay...so to sum up....

It's two goodies and three badies at the moment!!!

OP posts:
coggy · 28/07/2006 21:53

Oh dear........

.......I am all of the above.

Something has happened to me tonight that hasn't happened to me before or since I was about 7 or 8 months pg.

My knickers (hope Trace isn't reading this - she thinks I am obsessed with knickers!!) can't cope with the roundness of my stomach and are pinging down.

I am horrified!!!
I don't actually think this happened until I was well past 8 months pg.....now.....in my defence...I have been drying my pants in the tumble dryer over the past few months..........

.....have they shrunk????
.....or am I just getting really lardy??!!!

OP posts:
MrsMcJnr · 29/07/2006 13:25

Oh Coggy, LOL, I have skinny knickers and fat knickers like I do jeans.

I decided yesterday that I am just no good dieting at home and that I need to go back to Scottish Slimmers where 6 years ago, I got down to my target weight in 6 weeks. This time round I have double the amount to lose but I could do it in 14 weeks if I am really good. My first class back is on Weds.

I have worked out all the milestones; nephew's christening 2/9 could have lost 8 pounds by then, hen weekend in Newcastle 23/9 could have lost 16 by then and 24 by my friends' wedding on 28/10 - these must be incentives, I could wear things I have not been able to fit into your the last 4 years and that would mean I don't have to buy anything new. Reluctant to buy new clothes at the moment - well normal ones anyway

Have a great weekend!

Natty1806 · 29/07/2006 13:33

You and your knickers coggy - maybe you should try not wearing any

Mrs - It is a good idea to set mini goal. Hope Wednesday goes well.

I have had my fitness test at the gym today and need to build more muscle so back down there 6.00am on Monday morning.

I am enjoying it though as my friend is the manager there and i get to catch up with her as well as get madonna arms

Have nice weekends, i am going for a few archers and lemonades tonight, think i deserve it.

coggy · 29/07/2006 16:51

Hey I came on to see hot the fitness assessment went Natty - didn't realise it was all chums and drinks!!!!

Knickers to knickers I say.....I WILL NOT buy any more to fit!!
Thought I would ask this question whilst on the subject -

Does anyone else have the problame of when the bend down in a full skirt and then stand up again the knickers and the skirt gets stuck in the bum crack???!!!

Sorry....but who would I ask in RL??!!
Is it normal for that to happen or is my backside just too big?!!

OP posts:
coggy · 29/07/2006 16:54

SORRY!!

Natty1806 · 30/07/2006 18:43

very nice, i am eating chocolate - bad natty.x

Booboobedoo · 30/07/2006 20:13

Just a quick hijack to say hello.

You all sound like you're doing well. Lol at coggy's knicker/bum-crack antics.

I'm jealous of all this talk of thai and chinese food. Can just about manage a rich-tea biscuit if I nibble it slowly.

Who'd have thought being PG would be such an effective weight-loss tool?

Thanks for asking after me on the antenatal thread cogs. Just been too sick to look at the computer. Feeling better today though, so will stop moaning now.

Natty1806 · 30/07/2006 20:27

Hi Boo

Glad your okay we were all really worried about you.

x

wannaBe1974 · 31/07/2006 09:13

hiya all.

boo glad you're doing ok. Coggy I am majorly jealous of your crispy duck and pancakss ... I want some!

Weighed myself this morning and have lost another lb - that's 3 lb in the past week. Exercised this morning but am ve sick of the sight of rivita for lunch though - anyone got any ideas for any alternatives?

Spoke to my mum last night and she said that she lost 7 kg in two weeks on the atkins diet, but tbh not sure I could live on just meat for two weeks - I'd crave my pasta!
