As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

Blimy...since I've been away everyone's turned into fitness fanatics!!!

Well done all

I am joining Rosemary Conley tomorrow...although rather hot and sweaty to be doing exercise classes in the daytime....still....no more excuses!!

I am in Devon and I put on a pound (sounds like one of those meetings where you stand up and confess all!!!)

11 st 7 and sticky in all the dangly/wobbly bits!!!

my legs are sticking together today. not nice.

Have to say i did have a sausage bap at 10ish today but AF is def on her way so am not going to beat myself up about it. GOing to try and jog tomorrow morning before it gets too hot.

Natty1806 · 26/07/2006 10:26

Didn't manage a jog this morning, but guess what - i am joining the gym tomorrow. Start my first session at 6.00am!!!!

Good luck coggy for RC today.

wannaBe1974 · 26/07/2006 12:47

did weights and cross again this morning - arms aching today though cause of swimming yesterday. having a day off tomorrow and then swimming again on Friday. taking ds to the pool this afternoon but that's for his benefit not mine. Hmmmm wonder how long I can remain this motivated - maybe till the end of the week when I jump on the scales and find I haven't lost weight? lol

coggy · 26/07/2006 14:54

HURRAH!!!!!!
I have broadband so I can now be on here forever if I want!!!!!

Good stuff WannaBe and Natty.

Rosemary was this morning but DH wanted the car to go to the tip so I couldn't go. It's also on tonight so hopefully I will still be enthusiastic to go!

Any excuse.

Only joking.

coggy · 26/07/2006 18:45

Well...it does sound like an excuse and...I've got another for tonight!!!

I need to get a grip but I couldn't possibly do an exercise class today as I've spent TWO HOURS moving garden rubble in a wheelbarrow and into a skip.

I am knackered and think I may be seizing up!!!!

My dh said I didn't need to go as I'd had far more exercise than normal!!!
Thanks then!!!!

Hi Girls. Before my wedding I got up 45 mins early before work and did weights, yoga or a DVD and now, though I want to, I just want to stay in bed as long as I can and snuggle into DH in the hope that he wakes up in the mood . TMI I'm sorry but it is hard to get a balance when I am an early bird and he is a night owl!!

wannaBe1974 · 27/07/2006 10:18

morning all

got on the scales this morning (yes I'm a bit of a weighing obsessive lol) and I've lost the 2 lb I put on on holiday so my exercise//diet is paying off! only another stone or two to go, lol.

Not exercising today as think my body does need a day off from it - will go swimming again tomorrow.

MrsMcJnr · 27/07/2006 10:27

Doing so well Wannabe, I must get out and do something! walkies for me and DH tonight I think!

coggy · 27/07/2006 11:09

Well done wannaBe

MrsMcJnr....y'know it's still good exercise especially in this hot and sweaty weather!!

Natty1806 · 27/07/2006 11:20

Morning

Well done wannabe.

mrs mcjnr - why not get up and hour earlier, do your workout and then pop back for a quickie before having a shower.

My trial at the gym went well, getting up at 5.30am was bit of a struggle but i did it. Am back in on Saturday to have a fitness test and my programme made up for me.

Weigh day tomorrow, not feeling hopefull as i am off work today and the crisps are calling me. Will try and be good.

How you getting on coggy? Or have you been eating everything in sight in preparation for first weigh in at RC?

x

coggy · 27/07/2006 11:21

Why the bloomin' heck did you get up that early for the gym??!!

You MUST be keen!!!!

Natty1806 · 27/07/2006 11:27

I know i am mad.

Well i took the dog for a two min walk and fed him before i went. I start work at 8 so need to be in there nice, then i get to spend my evenings with DP and hopefully the gym will give me more energy and flexibility

Natty1806 · 27/07/2006 11:28

nice and early.

My typing is bad.

coggy · 27/07/2006 11:30

It's SO mich better to go in the morning if you can.
I find by the evening (as you witnessed last night) that I can't be bothered any more!!

I used to get up every day at 6:30 and gop for a jog!!
Now everything would wobble so much that people would think that an earth tremur had started!!!

OP posts:
coggy · 27/07/2006 11:31

go for a jog.....my typing is as bad as yours this morning!!

At least you have an early start as an excuse!!!

Hi Natty and Coggy. Like your idea Natty, would mean getting up at 5.30 for me too but might be worth my while! Good luck with the gym. I wish I still had a membership but I know what I'm like, I would waste my money, not the attitude I know but true. At least my cross trainer and DVDs at home can accumulate dust and not cost me but I do intend to use them more

coggy · 27/07/2006 11:32

I don't think that early start has done you good!!!

coggy · 27/07/2006 11:33

sadlt I'm the same MrsMc....I joined a gym for 6 months and was FAB at going for the first month...then I kind of fizzled out gradually......
