As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

Hey ladies, half the battle is being aware though isn't it? problem with me is I question myself whether I love the muffin enough to wear it and often answer yes!

Morning

Stayed the same this week. (8.65stone)

Went for a little jog/walk this morning. Am going to try and keep it up in a bid to lose the belly.

Hope everyone else is well and not eating too many ice creams.

i am going down to Newquay for the bank holiday weekend, so really need to lose a few pounds before then.

Actually had to play for school leaver's assembly when the class was on so I think I'll start next week instead!!

Had youth group last night and played a stuffing down marshmallows game!! I had two large packets left over....needless to say...I haven't got two large packets left over any more!!!

Just building up for that first weigh -in!!!!!

sorry didn't post on Friday, had 10 people round for Thai dinner and was running about like mad getting ready, not that that seems to help with my weight loss, put on 1 1/4 pounds this week gggrrrrr must do better, must drink less, must do more exercise - I'm hopeless!

hello all ...

been away to seaside for a week and ... oh oh oh ... have put on 2 lb this week ...

have now got back into the swing - hopefully - did weights this morning and 15 mins on the cross trainer and am off to join the health club so I can go swimming. Now just gotta sort out a decent diet to go with it.

have 7 weeks till I go on holiday.

Big fat 70.00Kilos - that means I've put on 500 grams this week - about 1lb.

Must stop drinking PIMMS and all other alcoholic drinks for that matter, otherwise I'll never loose the extra 5 kilos I'm dragging around!!

It's been too hot to run too, not that I want to complain about the weather! This week must start a new plan of action...

I did it ... I joined the local health club on a 4 week trial so tomorrow morning I shall hopefully enter the swimming pool. Also kids are allowed at the health club on week days between 2/5 pm so I can take ds swimming too - he'll like that. So .. now here's hoping I can do well on the weightloss front this week. have been out and bought lots of salad/cold meat/peppered mackeril for tea all week. I am going to lose weight if it kills me, and given the amount of exercise I'm hoping to do it might just do that, lol.

Hello ladies, can I join too? I am ttc and have put on a lot of weight over the past year, which I would like to lose. I'd like to lose about 5kg at least, but keep slipping. Chocaholic and love to console myself with sweet things when down (and celebrate with alcohol when up!), so the ttc rollercoaster ride of ttc (and two m/c's) has left me somewhat plumper than I should be.

Planning (with DH) to join a squash club on Wednesday.

As long as you get out of breath it is doing some good, you will get better with time, just make sure you don't go to the bar afterwards. LOL

Oh no Nicola63 don't tell me I am going to put on even more weight TTC! I was hoping to lose the 2 stone I have put on partying with DH before we got married and on honeymoon 2 months ago! So much for the argument that the pill makes you put on weight, I have certainly not shifted any since I came off!

Think i'll try and convince DH that we should go for a nice country walk when he gets home to burn off some of the booze from the weekend! I'm thinking of joining Scottish Slimmers, I lost weight with them 7 years ago but have been useless on Weight Watchers.

Where do you all live?

i am from Oxford where abouts in Scotland you from? my grandad use to live in Inverness so been there and a few places around that area.

I think the weight gain while ttc is due to the chocolate I eat every month when af arrives, lol.

well went to the pool this morning and did some lengths ... approx 20 but lost count. if I don't lose weight this week with all the exercise/dieting I'm doing then I will be seriously demoralised.

Morning ladies, we did go for our walk last night and had no booze for the first night in weeks, your good vibes must be rubbbing off on me.
