As if I'm not on enough threads already....but...
have decide to get pro-active and get fit.

On clomid for three months so I have decided to commit to 100 days of good stuff body-wise.
By 5th August (if I have got my maths right) I WILL be a twiglet!!
Slim (a long way to go), brown (healthily done of course) and with all the bumps in the right places!! Including a nice little baby bump too please!!

I thought if I posted on MN I would HAVE to do it!
Here goes....only 99 1/2 days left.....

coggy · 10/05/2006 09:56

Hurrah Trace - welcome to the Twiglet Zone!!
Congrats on your stone..I want to lose 1 1/2 stone really but one would get me back to where I was before!!
I am weighing every ten days - just because I figured it would be better pyschologically - I've GOT to have lost more in 10 days than normally in a week so it'll make me feel better! Grin
Have you got any more to lose?

My next 'weighing' day is Tuesday!

OP posts:
trace2 · 10/05/2006 12:57

Hello Twiglet zone!! Coggy, its first weigh in at SW tomorrow, so Im heading for the ultimate choccie fest tonight!!!Grin. That is sooooo bad, isnt it?!
Trace2, great weight loss! Lets hope that I manage to follow in all of your footsteps!

coggy · 10/05/2006 22:12

No way - you want to eat as much as you possibly can before the weigh-in so that you weigh the heaviest you can so that you can have a MASSIVE weight loss the first week!!! Grin Grin

Does it sound like I've done that before???!!! Wink
Go for it!

OP posts:
jusapea · 11/05/2006 09:21

LOL at that coggy!!!Grin

Am sure that you have never done that before!!! Me neitherWink!

I have a jam packed day today, centred around food, so bring on those scales!!!!!

Enjoy the sunshine!!!Smile

Rachee · 11/05/2006 19:15

slimming world is a fantastic diet approach, very easy to follow, and mega weight lose !!!

jusapea · 11/05/2006 20:35

OMG!!! I think I took the scoffing as much as possible before getting weighed thing a bit too far! Have never weighed this much in my life- EVER! Sad

Thanks for the thoughts Rachee, you have had a fantastic loss!Smile. I really must be seriously well behaved from now on, the SW thing looks good
Twiglets ahoy!!

Rachee · 11/05/2006 23:21

oops, discovered 'skinny cow' minty choc ice cream tonight, before i knew where i was i had eaten the whole tub, but, only 500 calories !!!

oh well, won't have lost any today, but back on it tommorow........ ( i had a nice night in the mean time).... i think it hormones, been really moody today, mega snappy !!!

cd20, 4th cycle clomid 100mgs, 1 HCG jab last week.....

Everyone back on the healthy eating, we want babies !!!

NotAnOtter · 11/05/2006 23:28

sitting with a whole tub of mini choc brownies on my knee.............................................................Sad why did i start?

Rachee · 11/05/2006 23:36

as long as they are fat free !!!!

Put them away... ( either down or eat them)

Start again tommorow, i little treat does us the world of good, as long as it is just a treat and we get back on it tommorrow....

LOL

coggy · 12/05/2006 21:20

Oh no...this thread has turned into the confession zone!!!
Stop all this dodgy eating...we want to be twiglets......we WILL be twiglets!!!
Girls...put on your best brown clothes and repeat after me.......

Anyway...
Fab weight loss in not very long Rachee, another 4 pounds since last weight post.

Are you with SW?

Jusapea...don't worry about weighing more than before - just think of all those slimmer of the week awards you can now get (wouldn't get them if you were skinny to start with) - there's some weird kind of motivational help in there somewhere??!!

Notanotter...c'mon, join us girl!!
Put the biscuits down....step away from the tub.....Grin

OP posts:
Rachee · 14/05/2006 16:58

did SW last year, and it was fab, so now i know it works i do follow it myself with weighing and recording myself ( not paying anyone else ) LOL.

Keep it up guys....... i am still on for twiggletting !!

coggy · 14/05/2006 21:48

I did SW four years (or so) ago and lost 1 stone 10 pounds...hold on...am I repeating myself??!
Sorry if I am...better just check!

OP posts:
coggy · 14/05/2006 21:50

Ooops yes!!
As suspected - I am repeating myself..so I won't!
Basically, I thought SW was good although I couldn't get my head round the unlimited corned beef!! Grin
Does work tho.

OP posts:
jusapea · 15/05/2006 09:23

Well I have managed to fight off all the weekends temptations(food wise!!Wink), so am feeling very pleased with myself!

SW seems to be very relaxed type of eating, its great that you can eat as much as you want, obviously sticking to the red/green thing.

Hows everyone else doing? Im determined to be slimmer by august 31st as DH has booked us a holiday to visit friends in OZ!! How lucky am I?

I WILL FIT COMFORTABLY IN MY PLANE SEAT.......!!!Grin!

coggy · 15/05/2006 21:31

Hmmm! Where is that Rachee??
She's supposed to be weighing herself today!
Did that last minute swim do the trick??
C'mon - confess all!! Grin

I am weighing tomorrow am.

Juaspea - cool news about Oz..always good to have an aim...even better if it's a nice expensive holiday type thing!! Fantastic! :)
You're weighing tomorrow night aren't you?
Let us know.

OP posts:
coggy · 15/05/2006 21:33

Oops! No ..I've just realised you're Thursday not Tuesday jusapea.....
......both begin with a T and it's been a long day......!

OP posts:
coggy · 16/05/2006 21:40

Flippin' disaster today!
Weighed myself and I have stayed the same!!
Don't know why as I've been pretty good.
Only had one bottle of beer in nearly ten days and just one slice of fruit cake..no other snacks or anything.
Boo hoo.....twigletdom seems ever further......

OP posts:
Hopecat · 17/05/2006 10:28

Muscle weighs more than fat - it's all that working out you've been doing. Obviously in your Schwarzenneger-type fitness kick your muscle-to-fat ratio has changed so quickly that it looks like you haven't got any thinner when you have!

Hooray for you!

coggy · 17/05/2006 11:59

Thanks Hopecat - LOL!!!

I wish......... Grin

OP posts:
jusapea · 17/05/2006 17:11

Totally agree with Hopecat, coggy! Will most definitely be the muscle mass that you are accumulating!!Grin

Yep, weigh in is thursday, so fingers crossed for tomorrow. Will let you know, but only if its good news!!!!
Have ninety million assignments to hand in during the next three weeks, so the prospect of no chocolate is becoming less appealing as the days go by!! ( Slight exaggeration on the assignments, its probably only eighty million!!)

Rachee · 18/05/2006 11:52

mmm.......... oops put 3 pound on this week, have had a heavy week and day 1 of new cycle....... been eating like a pig on the WRONG things.... give me a few more days and i will be back on it and twigletting again !!!!

Sorry

Your all an inspiration to me, i will be good.
xXx Well done everyone else
