Couldn't stand a Fred with only a couple of posts left so I filled it up!

Here is the 13th installation of the Just Shagging saga. If you're a bit lazy relaxed in your approach to getting upduffed, come over here for a natter!

Fred rules;

1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
4. Thou shalt share and with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly opk's or temp charting. They are Contraband

bearface that's great news! Which job would you prefer?

I know what you mean about job and baby stuff. That was my stance on it too - can't put our life on hold in order to wait for my job to become permanent as it could take years. My boss is currently trying to make my role permanent now...it's with the higher ups and so hopefully will find out in the next few months. So it's a matter of waiting a couple of months before getting an answer which isn't too bad. Just got to hope that the request goes through and is all ok!

Hopefully it will give my body time to adjust to being off of the pill too.

I was in this situation where I wanted to get upduffed but was on a fixed term 13 months thing. Luckily (although nothing's in writi g yet!) it looks like I'll be kept on beyond that.
I say bear, sod the travel, money and stuf and go for the job you really want. We spend a lot of time at the fan place to be unhappy and thinking of what if's. I turned down a job on much more money and closer to home for a different one. And now in so glad I did because I lived on from there into a job I love. I wouldn't be in this job if I'd taken the other one and I'm still not earning what I would've been. Iyswim?? Good luck with your decision hun!

Have just told DP it was most likely the time I was ill and trying not to sneeze! He didn't even wana come near me at the time.

Hum, so I just did another OPK and it's positive again, is it usual to have a positive OPK two days running?

You could have OV'd between the two tests. Give it twelve hours, then you should get a negative I'd have said.

Thanks for the advice about the job ladies. I really don't know what to do. I guess I need to go for the interview on Monday and see what happens and how I feel about it after that. We'll see.

Thanks bear, mr frog is pleased, I'm not sure it's sunk in yet, but it hasn't with me either. He keeps laughing nervously bless him. And I've said before, my dates make it the time I was ill and he didnt really wana Dtd! You'll all I'm sure take comfort from knowing I only Dtd 4 times this month and only 2 were at good times. So the old cape wasn't even worn out!!

Did a test at lunch time today BFN, still no period though so i think i will either do one tomorrow morning or maybe wait till sat morning. It could be all the stress with the car delaying it right?

Fingers crossed I can graduate with you, but I don't think it's going to happen this month. I'm pretty sure we did it at the right times, but I don't know if I ov'd. I got two lines on contrband OPK my lottery ticket, so hopefully I'll be a winner! (see what I did there? ) STILL awaiting blood results. Had test a week ago now. Results are probably back but are probably waiting with crap doctor.

Frog well usually i have 25 day cycle but last month i had a 27 and using that length of cycle put me on sun/mon so i am 3-4 days late or even 7 ish days late using my normal cycle length.

Bear, I really relaxed about my lottery tickets, I got lines and didnt stress about fitting in a Dtd. In fact our Dtd was just before positive ticket and about a day and a half after. We Dtd on 29th pm and 31st am and all my apps suggest I ov'd on 30th. These were the only two dates it could've been!!

Thanks for the reassurance. Oh we did it practically every day around ov, before and after. I think it's my hormones which are basically fucked AWOL, but I'm just hoping for a positive ov result from blood this month.

Has anyone else had any, erm, side effects from EPO? TMI but I spent last night shitting through the eye of a needle, horrid pain too. Pain subsiding now and it's not a mad dash to get there but still not right. I feel fine in general and wondered if it's my body getting used to the oil.

Cortana I haven't taken any epo but did have one-2 days where I was doing the whole shitting/needle thing. It's a symptom just like constipation is, I felt fine in myself, just couldn't stray from the bathroom!
