Just Shagging Part 10; No science or skill, JS at will!

AWomanCalledHorse · 27/06/2012 14:03

Welcome to the lazy way to make a baby, part 10!!

Just Shagging (JS) is ttc using ye olde shagging & crossing fingers methods, our tools are your body, OH?s body..urm some wine & lots of finger crossing.

All are welcome, most leave happy & upduffed! The last two threads have been very successful; thread 8 had 5 BFP?s, thread 9 had 6 BFP?s....so we?re due 7 BFP?s here, which means we all need to get shagging.

We don?t ?do?; OPKS, taking temp or harcore charting...although it is nice to know when ERTD is due.
Which brings us to acronyms & slang;
AF=ERTD (Evil Red Tide Of Doom).
EWCM=Pant Snot
Getting a BFP soon after joining thread= Doing a kitten
You=Are a viroid, no idea why but it goes long back to the dawn of time.
DTD=JS or donning the Shag cape.
POAS=Sometimes referred to as PIAR (Pissing In A Ramekin), as we?re such classy ladies

Here is last thread for proof that it works, and that you can't shut us up Grin

Here is the Graduates thread!

Hi to frustrated and lolcbcb - nice to see you in here.
I'm (kind of) stepping away from the other thread we were on because I want to be a bit more low key and dh is all about the JS

hooya, honestly, I think once you do poas you'll never stop, a bit like breaking the pee seal on a night out (see what I did there?). Stay strong.

Lol at Kitten "bit cutesy and vom inducing" yes I admit AF seems like a very old-fashioned term to me!!

Notso glad you are having fun, how long til the stents are out and the JSing is on? Grin

Swimming thanks for the wise words! Naughty Suffolk Toffee and anyone else joining the POAS chorus - my resolve is strong, and my symptoms remain non-existent!

33 are you 33andTTC or someone else? If you are new, welcome! I am too dim to notice name changes...

lol sorry about your headache - I always go with loads of painkillers . Wedding trip great for JSing, have fun Grin

We finally had a break last night! I was knackered so probably a good thing, but it was more difficult to get to sleep ha ha - back on it tonight, I think!

Morning all,
Hope everyone's well. I spent yesterday feeling sick and dizzy, I think it's hormone come down from implant removal DP thinks he has "super sperm" and had (get this for a euphemism) "pupped me up" before I had it taken out. Bless men and their egos.
Still getting the JSing in just in case it's ov.
I don't think anybody should pee on anything without reasonable cause.lol

Haha Suffolk your DH sounds eager!

Hello shaggers! (can't remember who I pinched that greeting off, but it's brilliant!)

Andie I hope he's right, and what a good phrase "pupped up" ha ha!

Suffolk glad to know your DH is ready to get into the swing of things! My DP is similar - I can't decide whether he's super-keen to get me pupped up Grin, or just oversexed!

Over here at SymptomWatch HQ, it's all quiet, so will get the shag cape ironed and ready after yesterdays' day off!

toffeesam · 30/08/2012 12:13

"Pupped Up" tee hee Grin

glad to here that DH/DP are all getting in the spirit of things.

Hooya i know that dh is oversexed, just glad he's getting a little older so i can now keep up Blush. so domestic ironing your cape, it is only going to get creased you know Shock

Hello toffee, how's it going? Hope you are having a nice uneventful pg so far!

Out of interest, have you mostly stopped JSing since the BFP? I feel like DP and I are getting used to regular shagging now, and wondering what it will be like if I do get duffed...

mandasand · 30/08/2012 13:58

Hello ladies!

Just to let you know that when you get your BFPs (soon, hopefully very soon!) you should come say hello on the shiny new graduates thread!

We're all doing pretty well over there and would love to have you come join, so don your shag capes, get shagging and say hello to those BFPs! Smile

Hello manda thanks! I don't look at graduate threads at all until I am duffed (just one of my stupid rules) though I am dying to have a nosey and see how people are doing!

Suffolk and toffee I iron about once a year in real life so I thought I should have a nice neat shag cape to make up for it!

SymptomWatch update - various cramping gas pains and feeling dizzy.

AndieMatrix · 30/08/2012 14:51

Hooya Same symptoms here. I also just cried through an entire episode of Greys Anatomy. Hmm lol

I'm also an ironing slattern. My DP calls me and the kids "the great unironed". Got a way with words my fella.

Kittenkatzen · 30/08/2012 16:33

hey manda glad you're all doing well, thanks for the new link :)

I'll join the ironing avoidance gang.....I just don't do it. Ever. DH's tshirts get shaken out and hung up wet, and I just don't buy anything that would need ironing! Don't get me started on MIL people who iron underwear and bed linen!

:o:o at "pupped up"....new thread lingo maybe?!

Sympathy to all with headaches and migraines Thanks

Well both DH and I work full time so we have a cleaner. I now agreed to give her an extra 8 quid a week and she does all of my ironing!! All of it. It's the best money I ever spent. I feel a bit Blush but I hate it and have no time. Plus u work in suit and shirts so have a huge load!

Hi ladies! Just been reading through and chuckling to myself so thank you, just what I needed, got ERTD here (kind of not surprised not much JSing since MC) but this cycle was pretty much where it should be so getting ready to attack love hubby lots in the coming weeks!
Another non ironer here, I'm really good at folding (after hanging on airer very neatly, no weather for drying outside!)
Right I will be a good JSer and post more from my laptop rather than unsmart phone where I forget who said what the minute I start writing Smile

Report
AndieMatrix · 30/08/2012 22:32

Ironing cuts into valuable JSing time. Plus it's boring and hateful.
Kudos to lol employing someone to do hers.

Report
NickiNockiNoodle · 30/08/2012 22:35

I iron the bare minimum so I can go to work looking half neat!

H2B is a builder, so no ironing of his work wear. And certainly no bedding / undies!

I probably iron for 15 minutes a week. More than enough. :-)
