Just popping in to say hi. Chloe your friend sounds pretty insensitive to me. Definitely makes you need a drink!
Bit fed up today as lots of people at work were baby talking- 2 soon-to-be aunties and 2 new grandmas- I know its exciting and i am really pleased for them but it just makes me think of what i'm missing. And then i saw about a thousand pregnant women on the way home! (Ok maybe just two )
And to top it all i've put three pounds on over the weekend! God knows how cos i've given up chocolate for lent-which come to think about it could be why i'm ranting!

BFN for me this morning and strangely actually woke up feeling a lot less optimistic and almost didn't bother poas. Feeling really quite deflated. It's gutting isn't it. Bcs of my cycles this is our last chance for a 2011 baby which I know shouldn't matter, but i just feel like 2012 is so long away and that it should have been 2011.

hadrian right back at you about the weight gain although mines also from the begining of pg when I took it as an excuse to stuff my face!

collie 11dpo is very early. don't forget i had a neg a 11dpo and pos at 13dpo.

i've had bit more blood this morning, not bright red but a bit redder than pink. so am caving and calling dr this morning to ask for a scan.

just realised i haven't done the stats for a little while sorry ladies.

another BFN. So that's it no more testing!!

Feel like total crap not least because today I'm supposed to be taking DD to a playgroup where lots of pg friends are and tomorrow got got friend with newborn coming round and my pg friend! arrgghh it's going to be torture

collie that is early. If AF is due Friday could you try and be super strong and hold off til then? 9(ha says she who has been constantly testing!) Don't give up hope yet chick. I'm keeping everything crossed for you.

cep So glad you're going to docs. Had meant to post to say think you should go but been a bit self obsessed lately! Def push for the scan and let us know how you get on. FX for you too. Will be thinking of you xx

Someone asked if I was getting any symptoms (sorry can't remember who it was!) all I'm getting is period like cramps but yesterday got loads of EWCM so much so that I dashed back to the office from my lunch break as thought I'd started! Had a feel for my cervix and it was quite high.

Does anyone know what this means? Can't remember if it meant was ovulating? Or maybe I'm just convincing myself that as don't want to feel like missed out this month!

oh yes and forgot to add woke up with two juicy red spots on my face! Mother nature really knows how to kick you when you're feeling down!!!

collie sorry about your BFN, but like Cep says, 11dpo is still early but I know what you mean about losing all hope when when you see the BFN

cep I think it's prob a good idea for the scan, if anything to stop you worrying a little and allow you some serenity at least for a short while.

ninu great news re your symptoms (seems weird to write that we are happy someone feels like crap ) lets hope they stay for another couple of months!

Mellie Yes, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis in the past, however, it was before ds (5 years ago), I had surgery and haven't been bothered by it too much since again so I am getting worried that it's coming back with a vengeance I will look into Spatone, thanks.

Well another heavy night here but hoping it will calm down today as at least my AF length is a little shorter on clomid, every cloud has a silver lining and all that!

Well i'm at 8 weeks now and still no sign of af, got a doctors appointment tomorrow evening so will see what they say. I haven't done a test for around a week. Hate that bfn. X

My friend has got endometriosis Chloe and although it took 2 years she's got a little boy the same age as my dd. Would treatment delay your tcc for long, and would it then increase your chances of a pg hugely? Or not make much difference? I'm loving the fake names at the bottom idea!

I know what you mean about wanting a 2011 baby, I wanted to have my baby when dd starts part time school in sept so I'd have time with the baby and time all together in the afternoon, and so I'd be on mat leave when I have to pick her up at 11:40 (ie not enough time for a decent sleep after nights), having an edd in august was perfect, plus I want next Christmas off work!!!!

Anyway off to bed, long night not helped by a rude person.

i've got a gp appointment at 11:30, think that's going to be too late to get a scan today. and with ds having to be picked up at 13:00 and shopping coming between 15-17:00 don't know what we can do if it is the afternoon. We haven't told anyone yet, so we'd either have to break silence to ask a friend to stay with ds and keep eye on shopping. I can ask for tomorrow morning can't i!!

i'm feeling really low, i can't help but think this is it, and even if i see a h/b at the scan, like last time i probably won't at the next one like last time. I've just been comfort eating hot toast (4 slices ) 2 with choc spread and 2 with p/nut butter. now i feel sick.

Collie :( BFN. It is still early though, don't lose too much hope! I had BFN at 11DPO and BFP at 14DPO.

Chloe high cervix means ovulation/pregnancy (I think). Fingers crossed for you too!

I am 7DPO here. Ordered 15 cheapies from Amazon which I got yesterday. Haven't bothered to POAS yet as I think its too early.

I know i know 11dpo is very early, and I didn't even get a +I've at 14dpo last time. But just had a feeling this morning before I tested that this wasn't our month. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better now and as you say, it's not over....yet. AF not due till sat but will test again fri as dh out fri night and not home till sat night so don't want to poas without him, especially if it's another bfn

Cep I think seeing the gp is a good idea. I know there is little they can do if anything is going to go wrong, but piece of mind will help. Good luck.

lili at your bfn. Your cervix is usually low when fertile (I think) which makes your ewcm odd. I think maybe your having a 2nd WTF cycle!!

Ok having read banana's post that a high cervix is fertile I googled it. Read mixed things but think perhaps high is right. But this has now led me to question what is high???? I have been charting my cervix since ov as I noticed a changed in it's position for the first time. (sorry tmi coming) I would have said pre ov, my cervix was low (ie closer to my vagina and fingers) and is now high (ie further away and harder to reach) but is this not how you measure it?

collie and lili sorry at your BFN'S I have not had my AF yet was testing negative a couple of days ago orderd some super sensitive ones off ebay my cervix is high still it comes down lower when your AF is coming so who knows i am on the WTF cycle after all just wish i knew what was happening. Although obviously i m/c when i first went in with pains i was getting faint +ve tests but when they tested my blood it was 335hcg so its supposed to pick up 15hcg i think it might not go though my wee as easy as others? just a thought

hi all, sorry i had to go get ds.

well basically epu won't scan me until i'm 7 weeks, which is next week. i have to do a pg test on friday to make sure it's still showing a strong +ve if it is i can have a scan on Monday. Surely though unless i have a really heavy bleed (and even then for a little while after) would come up +ve anyway wouldn't it? so i'm in limbo. i've contacted work to say i don't want to be in this week (they love me after being off throwing up last week) i just want to stay at home with my feet up, i know ultimately won't stop anything, but at least i'd feel like i've done what i can. anyway they said that's fine am having it annual leave.

Cep that's awful that you have to wait so long! I agree though, put your feet up, im crossing everything for you, come on bean stay put!!!!!! Have you had anymore bleeding?

Hi everyone else, not sure about your cervix sorry collie but I'm leaving mine alone to heal, thing is I've got ewcm today which I don't want to 'waste' but I dont want any more trauma! Decisions decisions...to dtd or not to dtd? I think i'll do an opk later and then decide.

Anyway food time I'm starving!

cep oh thats annoying that they won't see you any earlier. After waiting so long to go to the gp and in the end they are no help. I am so sorry that you are left feeling all anxious and worried. Big squishy hug!

Thats good that you have the week off now, lots of rest can do you no harm, just try to relax. (easy to say i know)

You know if you are still worried you could always go to A&E during the day, maybe then youd get a scan - but don't go in the evening as they won't scan. I know you post on the freak out room so ask them, i'm almost certain lots of them have had very early scans. I know a private scan is expensive so i won't suggest that, and i know a week will seem like ages off, but it will come around. If the bleeding gets worse though cep, get yourself down to A&E.

EWCM melies just checked list and your cd11 right? when do you normally ov? I would expect its soon given your cycle length. I think its good to have dtd in the run up to ovulation so if it was me i'd try and give it a go. Do you have any pre-seed? I got some as people on here suggested it and it was really helpful. I couldn't find anywhere on the highstreet that sold it but aparently boots do their own 'sperm friendly' lub, so maybe try than if you haven't???

Ironically collie my original app was next monday anyway so if i'd have waited i would have probably had a scan same day or on the tuesday as my app was at 9:30, i've rebooked so that if everything is ok i can ask for another scan to check a couple weeks later.
