Aw thanks Izz! You aren't an imposter... Can't wait for you to be mentalling!! I knew that's what happened to you hon I just didn't want to bring it up indirectly. I'm ok it's just been on my mind since the call, plus it followed the night that I'd dreamt I had late miscarried.. Bizarrely!

Anyway, I shall think no more but will go for a nice soak and bee bo's ! Night all x

Congrat's and welcome Hils and Katherine

Katherine If you want the reassurance of seeing a heartbeat you wouldn't want to be going any earlier than week 7.

Nix I think the doppler fix will put your mind at rest. Late mc's are very very very rare though and there must have sadly, been something very wrong with that lady's precious baby.

Grin at digis dh's kitchen antics!

teacake have a great few day away... my bikini days are over for a while, although I spent most of today looking for a health club in the area we are moving too; I fully intend to get my bikini figure back asap Grin

knitter as mummy says, it's a recognised symptom but speaking with the GP to have your BP checked etc is a good idea

pink have you regained your zen today toots?? Oh I meant to tell you, I looked at my notes and my GP has written EDD 24/0/10.... perhaps she didn't believe the early dating scan so stuck to lmp dates, roll on week 12 scan!

Have a good week all Smile

mamapower · 06/03/2011 21:20

x=posts izzy you are so kind... please don't feel like an 'impostor' we are all waiting for you to join us Smile and welcome you chatting along with us and offering your advice and support xx

Velvetcu · 06/03/2011 21:25

Izz you aren't an imposter you're a VIP guest until it's time for you to move in :)

Pink I'll take a bump window too please!!

This is scary week for me coz the last one died between 6 and 7 weeks so I think I'm being a little more mental atm.

Also, is yellow goo ok? I think I must be a gooey person!

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 06/03/2011 21:33

Eek!! Can't even get my stats right - it's 99.4 not 96.4 % of course, so you're even safer!!

velvet I'm liking the thought of being a VIP! Grin I have no idea on yellow goo, but if brown is generally accepted as ok I'm sure yellow can't be too bad?!

Anyhoo...hadn't you ladies better get the next thread started before you run out?! Can't believe you're moving onto thread 3 and I'm still not there...someone better remember to take my reserved beanbag to the next one...

nickstermum · 06/03/2011 21:36

Thanks mama and all of you. X

Velvet is your goo changing colour ? I had this and I had a little bacterial infection. Have you thought about getting a little swab done? I was getting all colours for that first 3 weeks!!

izz you are so lovely-you're definitely not an imposter, it's lovely hearing from you. I really hope you can come and claim your beanbag v v soon.

Thanks mamap yep it's back, v v weird have swung completely the other way to just going with the flow and seeing what happens-whatever will be will be and all that. Having said that, when I go back for repeat bloods on Tuesday I am thinking about wheedling for another scan on Friday as 12 week scan isn't until Friday week.... Whoop for being my due date twin again Grin that is fab news-get another week over with without even trying!

velvet I have gunge that ranges in colour between clear, cream and slightly yellow. TBH I think I might have thrush but am just going to leave it alone and hope it buggers off my itself. Good luck for this week-it's hard going through the week thats your anniversary of last time but fingers crossed youll be able to sigh a big sigh of relief at the end of it.

Hehe I'd better get on with this window then with all these advance orders I've collected!!!

KnitterNotTwitter · 06/03/2011 22:25

Welcome and congratulations Katherine re Heartbeats From my slightly random knowledge I think that the heartbeat gets going at about 6 weeks and the placenta at 8 weeks. With my MMC I saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks but it died at just after 8 (discovered at 12+5 :( ) With this bean I had a scan at 5+4 which was to check it wasn't ectopic (previous ectopic pg too) and I'm going back at 9 weeks... only 12 days to go... to check everything is working ok.... Hate the wait but do appreciate that 30 years ago scans didn't exist - or certainly didn't for my mum so we are very lucky really.

Velvet Weird dream synchronising - lets both aim for dreams of clouds and flowers tonight... ok?

And yes my DS is mostly lovely - he has started calling me Poohead recently though which is less charming...sigh...

Will Brian be starting the new thread? Or shall I do it seeing as I'm up?

YourFriendBrian · 06/03/2011 22:28

Ah knitter... your new thread is here poppet Wink
