I went swimming after work at the gym I have been a member of for 5 months. Yes, this is the first time I have set foot in there and I am now planning pilates for tomorrow evening and yoga on Sunday. Check. Me. Out. (for the record I am normally extremely anti-exercise but this is part of the new winning regime, complete with bodyweight portions of leafy green veg and enough supplements to make me and TGB rattle as we do Teh Sechs. It will add a new, fun dimension!)

Oh, and some elderflower cordial to sweeten it up. Who would like some? I have ice shaped like sperm too!

My Gran and Grandad delivered meals on wheels to pensioners when they retired, I think it's really nice to see elderly relatives being bloody minded regarding age; it gives me hope that I won't turn into a gibbering old bat.

There's a little bottle of something apparently from Bulgaria in our cupboard of filth but we don't know where it came from. Its been there for years. Can I add it to the mix? Am sure the elderflower cordial will mask the taste.
