Ocado Christmas delivery

Hi

Have any of you had your Ocado Christmas delivery yet? Did you find out earlier than usual if anything was out of stock/being subbed?

Stupidly booked the 12-1pm slot on Christmas Eve, felt so cocky about it and now feeling like I'm going to have a frantic race around the supermarket getting the failed bits...

Ah so you didn't hear anything today Janie? I was hoping as they asked for the extra day that we'd find out earlier than usual!

Just got emailed my receipt. ALL my wine is not there, no substitutions (pinot noir). I ordered them on the first day slots were available in October. Livid.

I had mine this evening, found out this morning about substitutions, had a few but all but one were absolutely fine.

The notification seemed later than usual and there were a few subs, no shortbread and a different type of sausage roll.

My only sub was no cauliflower cheese which is a must for DH That’s fine, I can make it myself.

Mine is coming 1st thing tomorrow morning. Luckily I am on my own for Christmas Day so if stuff is missing it won't matter quite so much.

I've done one the last two years and both years had major things missing. Last year it was pigs in blankets. Both years I asked for and got my delivery fee back though. Ten pounds!

Mine had quite a few substitutions but either subbed for an identical product eg an Ocado cucumber for an m&s one or I got a bigger portion size than I ordered so fine. Only thing missing was was ice. Which was a bit annoying but easy to buy.

Mine is coming very soon and got the notification this afternoon. Three substitutions, not bad. But I am sure they used to match the price of the out of stock item if the substitution was more expensive?

Very big order, only change was one milk subbed for another, which was fine, so fingers crossed for you!
i find Ocado much better than other supermarkets for delivering all I’ve actually ordered.

Got ours tonight and only sub was for some chicken dipper things for OH, but they swapped for M&S ones instead. Very reliable here and usually no subs or unavailable at all. Must say that I chose today to allow some time to get to the shops just in case!

Mine came at 7pm this evening. I got my receipt and substitution info just after 1pm. I was missing part baked bread, lemons, limes and Camembert. I had two substitutions which were fine but twice the price of the things I ordered and they don't seem to have price matched.

Mine is due any minute, email came mid afternoon. A couple of perfectly acceptable subs and one cheese missing, so not bad at all.

Mine came today and was fine, bar one pork product subbed for non free range.

During edits, I hadn’t been able to increase quantity because it said no more available. But it seems my original quantities of sold out stuff was reserved for me.

I split my shop over Wednesday and today as I hate putting shopping away so it spreads the hate.

Wednesday had stuffing balls subbed for pigs in blankets.

Today had cream, little oranges and a loaf all subbed for different brands.

unfortunately husband has Covid today so Xmas has been postponed to the new year.

Mine came this morning. Missing three lots of crisps and Lucozade . Substitutions for milk - was impressed, also as it arrived twenty minutes before schedule.

Mine came today. 4 subs..3 ok..the annoying one was they subbed the rootbeer I ordered for ds2 for ginger beer. Pleased overall as was a big order

Mine's literally just arrived. No subs, but haven't checked fully for breakages etc yet.
