I could cry.

Dd asked for a WF hoody. I thought I'd check the prices for2 for both dds.

I put two into my basket to check the price without the discount (no idea why) and I stupidly pressed shop pay to check forgetting / not realising I didn't need to add my card details. I assumed once I got to that bit I would just not put them in.

I've paid for two at £50 each. If I genuinely meant to purchase them I would have used the discount.

They won't refund as they said I agreed to the terms and conditions and I can't afford to loose £100 and I don't want store credit!!!

My fault entirely but I've cancelled items before with retailers before they have dispatched.

I ordered Friday and emailed immediately and it's not been processed yet so I don't know why they can't refund.

I'm an absolute nob head. That's more than I have left for food all week!!!

Oh thank god. Have you told your daughter / gf that they haven't arrived. It's great you have your money but now you are back to square 1. I reckon you still need compensating somehow but obviously that won't happen.

What a relief. I paid using my debit card.

It's going to take 5 days it says to go back into my bank account, hopefully it won't take that long.
No my eldest & the middle daughters gf didn't know I'd ordered them. I've actually bought them both some clothes from EMP instead (which will definitely arrive in time 😂).
I just can't get over how dreadful WF customer services are when something goes wrong. They're going to have lost a lot of customers this December.
I do hope you get yours. If not you could go through your bank I think just keep proof of all non communication & maybe screenshots from their sm of everyone complaining.

There was store credit on my account for £28 but it's not on there now.

my order was showing as at that Mascot place since 1st dec but today has updated to say the Royal Mail now have it 🤞

In other good news I have both my refunds back in my account now this morning, so I'm very happy about that.

Yes I ordered 3 time successfully before the last 2 times & have been happy. The hoodies are excellent quality & really soft. I have 2 x tracksuits & an outfit each for my 2 youngest for Christmas, it was just my last 2 orders they messed up.
It wasn't even the fact they messed up my orders it was their non communication, even through PayPal & the final straw was when they blocked me from commenting on insta bc I'd asked about my order & also deleted my comment. Just smacked of immaturity. If I hadn't paid with PayPal I'm under no doubt they would have kept my orders which got delivered back to them & my money too. Which is why I'll never order from them again, despite being happy with before (non sales times).
Sorry for the rant they still make me 🤬😡😤☠

They definitely have it now, it’s been showing as they have been expecting it since 30th November but today it’s updated to say Royal Mail have got it and expect to deliver on the 11th

Royal Mail have them. I need to get them, put on eBay and hopefully get my money back with enough to cover eBay fees all before say 18th so they can be sent and received before Christmas 😬😬

There's no need to bother with Ebay. Just sell them locally. Just list on facebook marketplace, gumtree, vinted etc and someone will come, pay in cash and collect from you. There's a huge demand, so you won't be waiting long for someone to buy them.

I’d definitely sell locally if you’re in a rush - eBay is full of scammers who’d only have to say they thought your items were fake and your money would get put on hold.

If you think selling an expensive desirable item this close to christmas is easier and safer then I really hope everything goes well.

But I suspect you'll be starting a thread about how it all went wrong, It didn't arrive in time or you were scammed and now they have your item and a refund. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Selling locally for cash on collection is much easier and safer.
