Monday 2 December - I emailed asking if I will receive my order before Christmas - i received an automated reply...

Please allow additional business days for a response from one of our customer service representatives, we are currently experiencing a high volume period.
Our White Fox team are working super hard to get your order out as soon as possible.
Please note: shipping timeframes do not take into account dispatch timeframes.
Sending multiple emails will cause your enquiry to lose its position within the queue and may result in a delayed response.

But I ordered BEFORE the BF sale.
Wednesday 6 December - I send a message online chat Bot. I asked the same question above.
I recieved an automated reply via email.
