I could cry.

Dd asked for a WF hoody. I thought I'd check the prices for2 for both dds.

I put two into my basket to check the price without the discount (no idea why) and I stupidly pressed shop pay to check forgetting / not realising I didn't need to add my card details. I assumed once I got to that bit I would just not put them in.

I've paid for two at £50 each. If I genuinely meant to purchase them I would have used the discount.

They won't refund as they said I agreed to the terms and conditions and I can't afford to loose £100 and I don't want store credit!!!

My fault entirely but I've cancelled items before with retailers before they have dispatched.

I ordered Friday and emailed immediately and it's not been processed yet so I don't know why they can't refund.

I'm an absolute nob head. That's more than I have left for food all week!!!

I'll be trying to sell an XS and S/M if / when they arrive, although I paid £47 each and £6 delivery. I doubt I'll get £50 per jumper.

How are they allowed to say they are in the uk and delivery is 3-5 days????

This can't be right. It's approx 3 weeks delivery plus if you want to return you have your ship to Australia.

I wish I'd never heard of them!!!!!!

You’ve already spent the money so if you can’t get a refund then you could either give them to your DC for Christmas anyway, or sell them at the cheaper amount to get some money back.

It's probably because they send it with DHL from AU to the UK.

To be honest I’d wait till a week before Xmas when it’s too late for delivery and try to sell online then for everyone who leaves it to the last minute and panics.

I don't even know how I'd sell on here to be honest though. How do we know we can trust each other? What happens if something goes wrong?

Plus I paid £47 each and they are cheaper now.

Also I ordered 11th November and they haven't arrived.

Because I didn't really want to spend nearly £50 on a sweatshirt each. I was just curious how much it would come to with postage and wasn't 100% sure I'd be getting them for them. Then the bloody shop pay button thing happened.

Sorry I keep saying hoodie. They don't have a hood!!!

Can you make sure you're in when they try to deliver and refuse the delivery?

If you never receive the jumpers you can get a refund.

Dove Greyish in Extra Small / Small

They aren't hoodies sorry. Just the jumper type. I know it will probably make a difference as people are after the hoodie ones.

My dds are 11 and 13 and from what I've read since ordering they will probably be too big.

I wish. I could do with the £100. Well minus postage.

I honestly wish I hadn't heard of them. My bank were charging me £6 a day as I was over my overdraft.

I opened a dispute with them my bank but they are taking forever to reply and when they do message it's an automated one asking for the companies refund policy which I didn't think to read before I bought them. It's not like I was buying a car!!!

I would pay you £50 +postage if you could get me the extra small before Xmas. ( I name change a lot but have been here for +10 years if you want Mumsnet to confirm), although honestly you could probably get more on eBay as they are in short return in the UK!

I can get credit but I've had enough of this company. If I could justify the money I would just give them to them.

Actually it's not been 3 weeks yet. It will be 3 weeks on Saturday plus they put my order on hold for a few days whilst I decided if I wanted credit or the items.

Ideally I'd like to £56 plus postage to cover the postage I've paid and the eBay fee but I can't moan about loosing £12 when at the minute I've (not really) lost £100.

If you get it in time for Xmas, I've just seen they are going for stupid money for auction on ebay UK. You'd be as well ebaying if you can & if you have the time.
