Just for fun, what has been the biggest hit so far?
Mine have been playing eith their lego cars almost all day!

For our son (who has asd )we bought some expensive magnets exact ones that he apparently loves at pre school he was very excited to open them but has since shown very little interest in them or any of his presents he has instead happily been running around today with a handful of raw onions that he stole out of the fridge being the Grinch.. 😂 fortunately the girls have enjoyed their presents. Dd1 phone and sewing set is her fave dd2 doll house and dd3 baby pram which she did an excited wiggle when she opened it :)

A computer keyboard that flashes in many many different colours/patterns. A blanket and a cushion.

They're 19 and 23!

My ds got one of those last year.

This year (17) he loved his led strip lights and a massive soft throw!

Oh and a dvd!

Ds8yrs - Playmobil castle - exactly what he wanted

Ds11yrs - Battlebots arena complete with bots - played for hours right up until bed

Dd aged 11 - close call between her noodle curling wand, AirPods or led strip lights. Dd aged 16 - leotard for dance or the perfume she loves and wasn't using because she didn't want to finish the last of the bottle. Dd aged 20 - Harry Potter diamond painting

Oodies were a clear win here for dds 8yo and 10yo. They have spent the whole day looking like floofy clouds.

Aldi Cuthbert the caterpillar plush was a favourite for DD(12)!! A close second was her Harry Potter chamber of secrets Lego set.

The massive huge pink monstrosity that is the Barbie Dreamhouse! Bloody thing takes up half of our living room. DD absolutely loves it though and did beg for it for months.

He said his favourite is a hulk toy from Aldi but he's spent most time playing with his new Lego bricks

We had a few surprises up our sleeves this year. Dd4yo got a Barbie dream house, not a real one it’s just a small fold away one I got in the summer clearance at Aldi, but she hadn’t any idea and absolutely loves it, her sisters 7 & 9 also gave her a Barbie car. But I think the biggest hit was the £1.99 LOL lip balm set I got from Homebarhins 😆

DD7 yo got a very unexpected VR headset, we only let her play in it briefly until she gets use to it, but she was just excited about a bunch of other things, a zamfam nighty & gamesmaster book, we had to take a picture to upload to Instagram for Rebecca Zomarlo to see, the highlight was getting a like from Rebecca she wouldn’t stop squealing and finally an art set from her DGPs, she’s already used up all the canvases and is planning on buying more tomorrow.

Finally DD9 wouldn’t take her fake Oodie off, she had no idea she was getting one. Seeing her face when she finally opened her main gift (we hid it at the back of the tree) a switch she’s asked for for 3 years, it was so worth the money. She spent the entire day curled up in a ball on the couch with her Oodie, switch and headphones her DGPs bought her.
