Just for fun, what has been the biggest hit so far?
Mine have been playing eith their lego cars almost all day!

One ds favourite thing is his hoverboard. Dd favourite thing is Magic Mixies. Other ds wasn't that impressed as he wanted more teddies!

My kid was also ridiculously, disproportionally thrilled by the cab of Irn Bru in his stocking. 😁

I'm just glad they're both happy with what they got

9yo DD loves her stackable we bare bears soft toys.
14yo loves her Harry potter jewellery, horocrux necklace and time turner necklace.

DD2 - scooter. She is so chuffed to be a big kid.

DS7 - fake oodie. He has worn it all day and dh wants one now.

Just asked dd (9) and she said her favourite thing is the Dr Who toys…..

DD 4 - pink recorder £16 Amazon. DS 6 - Tonie starter set plus creative character £98 plus Tonies Audio Character for Toniebox, Despicable Me - The Junior Novel, Audio Book Story read by Tim Curry £15. He also loved his Batman All-Terrain Batmobile Radio Control Water-Resistant Vehicle £60 from Smyths toys. We got him a Batman smart watch for £40 that is really good quality. It’s got time, games, a pedometer, camerea and many other features.

DD 8 - her little live hamster and LOL dolls

DD 5 - a Colossal Jurassic World raptor which is flippin huge

DD 4 a marble run and a mermaid tail blanket which is stunning and was crocheted by a very dear friend.

DS mid teen loved his main tech/gaming presents but also loves his fidget cube thing, bit like a stress ball for gamers. It was a £6 stocking present and he said it's epic

Ds5, remote control stunt grave digger monster truck.
Dd3, a big tub of tangtastic haribo. Never mind the princess castle and play sets... that was the one present to get a wow reaction from her

DCs 7 and 9 got tablets, Sylvanian Families Mario toys are other things they asked for.

Favourite toys are a paint your own tea set and super mini microscope.

DD 17 loves her 5kg salt lamp but the thing which has had most time spent on it is a little hair decorating kit with battery lights and baubles. She spent ages this morning on it and has had proper HooVille Christmas hair all day!

Bakugan - 9 year old wanted it last year and I could not get it anywhere, he hasn't mentioned it at all this year, I picked up a decent set from argos and he and 6 yr old have spent all day playing with it. The expensive asked for items have barely been looked at.

DD12 was thrilled with her laptop but I think the inside out octopus teddy got the biggest oooohhhhh!

DS 2.5 had played with his paw patrol look out tower for 8 hours straight. He was absolutely made up. It was a second hand bargain aswell! Winner

@SleepingStandingUp oh, she’s obsessed. She also very much liked the Weeping Angel necklace I got her. (For anyone who doesn’t know, it’s a weirdly terrifying Dr Who monster).

My kid is weird, but fucking cool.

Dd1 - turtle doves, beanie squish thing she's 12.

Dd2 - barbie vanity play set and Percy pig onesie.

DS16 LED lights for his bedroom _ up already and the room is flashing in time to music
DS14 a really fleece blanket, he has wrapped himself up in it all day .

Neither could think of anything they wanted this year so I I pleased all my wee surprises have gone down well
