@jumpingintosummer thanks for the inspiration for the thread title, I’m now singing ‘return of the buns’ to the tune of ‘return of the Mac’

Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link or the last word next to the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Dinosaur fingerings for £6 at poundland. They had the raptor and t rex at my local, which are only £7.50 at the entertainer but used the savings on some colour change pens (perfect for stockings!).

My Blokus arrived. Baaa!!!! 🐑 I may end up keeping it as we are supposed to be going away for Christmas this year and it looks fun.

@Elpheba I meant to reply about Yoto’s and then got distracted. We bought one for our eldest DS (5) for his birthday last week. I was a bit nervous about it and whether he would like it. He absolutely loves it and has listened to it constantly including on a long journey back from PILs in Cornwall. I am surprised by how good it is - especially the features such as the Daily message and radio. I really recommend the Ladybird cards. My DS is obsessed. It has also helped us to manage bedtime with our twins (2). I think we will have to buy another player for the twins as they keep nabbing big brother’s.

We bought ours from Little Goat Gruff. I’m not sure if you have a better discount from elsewhere but I have popped my £5 off from Little Goat Gruff on the referral thread. They are a lovely independent shop based in St Ives.
