Thanks @GoblinDaughter for the title

It’s nearly December, Father Christmas is busy putting the final touches to his toys on the workshop and we are busy elves preparing for a somewhat different Christmas this year.

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

@Friendshighschool I have £5 off £30 spend or £10 off £60 for Lakeland. Which would you like?

IggyAce · 03/12/2020 11:11

20% off Dresses and tunics at Seasalt

Puffalicious · 03/12/2020 11:12

Thanks to the PP who suggested Aldi for the heated throw. I popped in this morning and got the last grey one. I'm under it now with a cuppa (just as well as it's -1 here today, sunny and lovely but freezing!). It'll be brilliant for garage visits with my sisters and best mates (one at a time of course) as it's washable. I love theee threads!

Lolly12 · 03/12/2020 11:13

@LetsPlayBamboozled that was me looking for the Lego waterpark. Thanks that’s a really good price! I ended up doing the Amazon wish list thing to get 15% off which brought it in just under £70. Hoping they don’t price match asda now I’ve ordered it!

Shitfuckoh · 03/12/2020 11:13

Has anyone ordered from Smiggle recently?
Did you receive all of your order okay?

I've received my order today, only it's not what I ordered at all and no idea how easy they are to sort out returns with (never had issues before). DS wanted pencils to give to his school friends but of course they haven't arrived!

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 03/12/2020 11:36

Harry Potter DOBBLE £9 at Asda

WhereTheresAHill · 03/12/2020 11:38

@steph2412 I think Jura was mentioned a few threads ago - I have a £10 off voucher for Tesco for the Winter edition, not sure if it’s account specific but happy to Send it to you if you’d like it

Can anyone remember where I get sheepskin insoles from and was there a code. Ds3 came home with wet feet and his soles are a mass of blisters. He can hardly walk today. I’m not sure if sheepskin will help but I don’t expect it will do any harm.

EightToSixer · 03/12/2020 11:49

@AtleastitsnotMonday Present indicative is great. I got my mathematician sister a cheeseboard set with angles on a couple of years ago. This year I bought my medic daughter lots of medical gifts like stethoscope socks and skeleton wrapping paper

WhatYouTalkinBout · 03/12/2020 11:59

Anyone else having problems with JD Sports delivery? I ordered on 10th November and it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet Hmm

Are there are Superdry discount codes? Knew I should have ordered Black Friday!

Celtic and Co, I think the code was FESTIVE20 for £20 off a £20 spend? Although I did spot some in Aldi this week?
unkindnessofravens · 03/12/2020 12:21

For anyone looking for a Switch, Smyths expect to have them in between 14-17 December

Inastatus · 03/12/2020 12:27

Anyone else in the game queue for PS5? I’ve been in it for 15 mins and it’s still saying it’s more than an hours wait. I’m not hopeful 🙁

TheLastStarfighter · 03/12/2020 12:56

@runningpink they have them online if that's easier for you. Delivery is about £4 (but for me it costs at least that to get to a Home Bargains anyway).

TheLastStarfighter · 03/12/2020 12:56

I should have said, online is just in big packs (10-12) so depends on how many you were wanting.

TheLastStarfighter · 03/12/2020 12:59

Can anyone recommend somewhere for buying Dungeons and Dragons books (Volos guide, and Players Handbook). I know Amazon have them, but I would rather support a smaller retailer. Doesn't need to be bargainous, but bonus if it is.

Famousthehero · 03/12/2020 13:13

Just got these in the post from joules, £10 off for somebody, looks like no minimum spend

DaisyChops · 03/12/2020 13:21

@Inastatus I think the ps5's have sold out on game sorry but I'm not sure if the bundles are still available

Runforwine · 03/12/2020 13:25

Don't know if this is of interest to anyone but heavenly necklaces have mystery Christmas hampers starting from £10, apparently they guarantee you receive some worth at least twice the price you have paid and with the code HOHOHO you get 20% off.

TheCrow · 03/12/2020 13:28

@TheLastStarfighter There's a company called Travelling Man which sell D&D guides and appear to have a bit of a sale on. They're a small business owned by kim-joy from GBBOs partner and support local artists

Inastatus · 03/12/2020 13:32

@DaisyChops - yes, got in eventually but all sold out 🙁

SparklingLime · 03/12/2020 13:35

Dammit, the Typo dice cushion has gone back up to full price, and the 20% code they sent me doesn’t work, although it looks like it should 🤷🏻‍♀️

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 03/12/2020 13:40

@runningpink I'm much better now thankyou, felt a bit of a fool and got a bump on my face but thankfully DH was there to stop me really hurting myself.

Good luck with your hunt later. I try to do most of what I need to in the evening now when things are a bit quieter and much less overwhelming. It's not at all pleasant out there.

yafilthyanimalandahappynewyear · 03/12/2020 13:40

Thank you @Runforwine, I've just ordered the £20 lucky dip, although the hohoho code gave me 30% off!
