please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

I think that someone was asking about Tarte Make-up. I've just had an email through for 7 full-size items for £56 with free shipping.

TeaAndToastx2 · 28/10/2020 12:11

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but there is currently 25% off a lot of toys at John Lewis, including Sylvanian families

Elphaba17 · 28/10/2020 12:15

I have two 25% Off codes for Disney Store which need to be used by Nov 1st. They aren't generic ones so I will PM them to whoever wants one.

Does anyone know what others Argos will be doing in the run up to Christmas? I got a £5 code from here last week which was lovely and helped with the lack of 3 for 2 that I'm used to but I've now started on DDs list and of course none of it is on any kind of offer at the minute!

Thanks for the help with matalan sizing the other day, I sized up to be on the safe side x x

CarrotVan · 28/10/2020 13:37

Does the Minecraft chicken coop have a minimum order of 3 for everyone? I don’t need any but definitely don’t need three

Also the baking kits offer seems to take £10 off not reduce to £10 unless it’s just me

@Sneezein3s CycleSprog website is a great resource for all bike recommendations. Decathlon normally fare well, however we got 10yo DSD a used Frog bike for her birthday for £190 off eBay. I know you may want to go new as it's Christmas but sometimes with keeping an eye out for good bargains in nearly new condition as Frog bikes are among the best!

Someaddedsugar · 28/10/2020 14:10

DS(3) has very recently become obsessed with Paw Patrol. I'm wanting to recommend something to my DPs to get him for Christmas - are they're any bargain sets or toys that anyone would recommend. I don't want them spending too much so would like to send them a link so something.

Has anyone seen any Hot Wheels monster truck bargains anywhere?

TheCrow · 28/10/2020 14:13

enter code SURPRISE20 at Ann summers for 20% off your order

Expires in 6 days. No idea if it's email specific or single use sorry

TheCrow · 28/10/2020 14:14

@Someaddedsugar when I was in Tesco on Sunday they had lots of paw patrol suitable for 3 and up in the 50% off toy sale but not sure how long it's on for

DinosaurOfFire · 28/10/2020 14:15

@Someaddedsugar The Entertainer have quite a few Paw Patrol vehicles etc reduced, as did Argos, it could be worth finding out from him if he has a favourite pup or type of Paw Patrol episode as there are different themes- my son is obsessed with the Mighty Paws/ Super Paws ones but there are also Sea Patrol, 'normal' Paw Patrol, Mission Paw, Rescue Racers and Dino Patrol as far as I remember. There are also the die cast paw patrol vehicles now which are slightly larger than Hot Wheels cars. Smyths also do the TY Paw patrol soft toys in store.

Someaddedsugar · 28/10/2020 14:17

Thanks @TheCrow and @DinosaurOfFire - I'll take a look. I think he likes Rubble but hasn't mentioned a particular type. I've just had a look and I think we're just watching the standard version that's included on Netflix. Having said that he also loves dinosaurs so the Dino version would no doubt be a bonus!

I cannot think of anyone I am buying for who would not be very surprised to get something from Ann Summers Grin. Dear me, I wonder whether their sales went up or down in the pandemic so far? Could have been either I suppose.
myhobbyisouting · 28/10/2020 14:21

@CarrotVan yes, Lego was minimum 3 for me too so I gave it a miss.

Bakery set was definitely £10 last night. I've just had a text offering to sub something for the out of stock chocolate mix. Very good service from them and their instagram looks great too

TheCrow · 28/10/2020 14:24

@herecomesthesun could always treat yourself instead? 😉 Wasn't necessarily suggesting it goes to use towards Christmas presents although what you do in your private life is none of my business! 😂

Lockdownlumpy · 28/10/2020 14:27

My DD has asked for a China cereal bowl which must be pink and have unicorns on it.
I can find lots of melamine ones, or china ones as part of a set but struggling to fond ones that meet the requirements of china+pink+unicorns+not stupidly expensive.

Anyone got any suggestions?

margaritasbythesea · 28/10/2020 14:34

Is there a site where you xan generate a Nike code? Or does someone have one spare?
Flowers

wibdib · 28/10/2020 14:35

@BigBadBox Thanks for the bargain subscription link.

Were there any other mags that had such a good deal - I found other deals on the site for £3 for 3 or 5 for £5 but none as good as your offer. And when I went back to the site and just did a search for H&G it didn’t come up either.

So being very cheeky, any chance of you linking to the other £12 for 12?issues - hoping they are all on a single page!

Many thanks in advance! Halloween Grin
