Arthien Runfrom I ordered one from Groupon. It's £13 + p&p of £3.99. It's okay, feels nice, but quite thin. It's for a teen, so will be fine. I buckled and ordered myself and DC Oodies but they're too pricey for other people's presents!

There are others on Amazon a few threads back for £10ish so I reckon they'll be much the same as the one I have, worth a punt.

I also picked up the bargainous Ulster Weavers oven gloves and tea towels mentioned by PP last thread- £10 for both instead of £26. My next door neighbour will.be delighted as she's just living through a nightmare extension!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a rechargeable hair dryer (or one that will work in a cigarette lighter), it's for MIL as her gym no longer allows the use of a hairdryer, so she is hoping to use one in her car! Budget is ideally £30-£40 max. TIA

The bakedin rainbow cake set is really nice. I got it with the £10 small business Amazon voucher and it's impressive looking!

I have had the rainbow cake, it’s a good kit but I can make a better rainbow cake myself. The bakedin sticky toffee cake is pretty good and often on offer on Amazon.

I have to ask. Why does someone going through a nightmare extension need oven gloves and tea towels? Is she fencing with the builders? Fire fighting?

CovidClara I should have explained that it's a kitchen extension! It's almost finished so I bought her new bits to match the new kitchen. Not for Xmas, just because she's an amazing neighbour.

Can anyone recommend an art set for a 5 year old? She wants one which opens out but has seen one with glitter gel pens and wants more of these type of pens rather than crayons etc.
