Hope you don’t mind the title @IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts !

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

Guess has 12.37% cashback on Top Cashback. You can't use a discount code with it though.

nicky2512 · 24/10/2020 15:22

aw93 Thanks. It’s better than nothing! I signed up for the Guess newsletter as it said there was a 10% discount for that but I didn’t get anything!

nicky2512 · 24/10/2020 15:23

NoWordForFluffy Thanks. I have never used Top cash back and know nothing about it but it’s worth looking into then. Thank you.

NoWordForFluffy · 24/10/2020 15:23

Ooh. It's 13.61% at Quidco.

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 24/10/2020 15:30
@4Minions2CallMyOwn sorry that code was meant for you, it's XMASQMS3
Thanks so much but it doesn’t seem to be working. Is it for a certain amount? I only have £25 worth of things in my basket atm

Just booked my Buy a Gift meal at Prezzo, can’t wait! £15 for a 3 course meal for 2 with a glass of wine each, total bargain Smile If anyone else is interested in booking something the code is still valid for £15 discount Buy a Gift £15 off: FPC35917CGK

TheCrow · 24/10/2020 15:50

Has everyone who's been getting the buyagift offer been receiving their evouchers straightaway? Mine said it would be emailed when the money came out of my account which it did yesterday but still no sign of anything from them? Thinking about it, it didn't ask me for an email address but I paid by PayPal so assumed they would send it to the address linked to my PayPal account

GregoryHouse · 24/10/2020 15:50

Hi Hope I can join in. This is the first year I've discovered these threads but they've been great already as I've managed to get a few bargains already and I'm on maternity leave with my first baby (who is 2 months old today) so saving pennies where I can. Also just enjoy reading them to see the bargains people are getting!

Hopefully couple of bargains to add that might be useful for someone
Cougar beauty free liquid lipstick code CBLIPS18 although I've to lay 3.99 postage so not that good
Also
*Cougar beauty set of 5 liquid lipsticks for £5 plus 3.99 postage code LPVLT20

Tokyo laundry are also doing a bundle today where you get a jacket and a jumper for 29.99
*
I got the dressing gown and pyjamas for my husband last time and he really likes them and they feel good quality

GregoryHouse · 24/10/2020 15:51

Typos!! Should say have to pay 3.99 postage not whatever my phone decided to change it to!

IggyAce · 24/10/2020 15:52

@Reastie just a heads up that this thread is nearly full. Definitely moving quick this year.

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 24/10/2020 15:52

@TheCrow yes I received mine straight away, I paid by PayPal too so it was sent to my PayPal linked email. Did you check your junk emails? If not can you can log in to Buy a Gift? Hope it’s sorted soon

Duckyneedsaclean · 24/10/2020 15:56

Just a note on the boden £10 vouchers - I noticed a couple of years ago at they don't actually expire. Also you can use up to two on the same order. Every little helps Wink

margaritasbythesea · 24/10/2020 16:01

pasinphoebe - Quidco had 20/ cashback at Holland and Barratt. Any help?

TheCrow · 24/10/2020 16:08

@4Minions2CallMyOwn not in junk mail and I didn't create an account when I ordered. Dropped them an enquiry through the contact us bit on their website

Arthien · 24/10/2020 16:09

@myhobbyisouting yes! I still try and catch up with them when I get chance, even though they’re on another site now, not MSE. It’s where I first got my bargain hunting mojo 😄

There were some lovely jute bags on Whistlefish but delivery made it not worthwhile ordering. Hoping they do a free delivery or 20% discount code soon!

Arthien · 24/10/2020 16:12

Following my recent graphics tablet purchase for DH, I think I should get gloves to use with it as he’s a lefty so may be more likely to touch the pad while holding the pen, but lots on Amazon have poor reviews. I don’t want to spend loads though in case he doesn’t use it much. Any recommendations would be good!

myhobbyisouting · 24/10/2020 16:13

@Arthien me too!! Where are they now? I took the hump when the APG ended and when I went back to MSE they were gone Sad

Ahh, the good old days. I'm still working my way through the stash so I did well

UselessInDisguise · 24/10/2020 16:24

Sigh, I've just done my six or seventh trip to b&m and still no O christmas sack... I'm starting to regret buying the others now 😂

Arthien · 24/10/2020 16:27

@myhobbyisouting just sent you a PM 😊

Toomanycats99 · 24/10/2020 16:35

Anyone looking for an iPhone 11 for kids for Xmas. Very have them for £599 but then £100 cash back on buy now pay in 12 months.

Takes it down to £499.

Am passing my daughter my 8 when I get my new one but think I will give her this at Christmas and sell the 8 when I have done that.

Seems a great deal considering only 2 weeks ago they were £729 everywhere!

Scanner20 · 24/10/2020 16:47

Ravel tales are £5 on amazon

Reastie · 24/10/2020 16:50

Thanks @IggyAce, I’m keeping my beady eye out 👍🏻. Just about to do dinner then will set up next one.

So seeing as y’all were super helpful when I was asking about hair curler things (see - I’m still clueless)... Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on what is a reasonable price to pay for a drying round brush?

This is the one my hairdresser recommended but no chance am I spending £90 on it!

My DD has long, v.thick, v.straight hair and it’s a bloody nightmare. Takes her forever to dry it. She loves styling it so have already got her a curling thing from her nanny, but was wondering about one of these things either from us for or her other grandparents.

Must be good quality, but also bargainous if at all possible!

snowfairylover · 24/10/2020 16:52

@PhantomErik Thank you, I feel so stupid for only just considering that veggie marshmallows exist but I’m happy I now know Grin

@GregoryHouse Thank you for the heads up about Tokyo Laundry !

Maddie2802 · 24/10/2020 17:00

Spam88 · 24/10/2020 17:00
