Hope you don’t mind the title @IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts !

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Ugh and obviously I forgot you have to pay for Costco membership which negates the saving (no Costco near me for normal shopping)

ZIGGY 911 I have 2 teenage DS. If he's into sports a technical type top always goes down well or good quality sports socks (Nike/ New Balance/ Champion popular in our house) or if you're spending more a decent hoodie. TK Maxx are fantastic for all of these as great prices. They also do decent aftershave ( Got Issey Mikayke last week for £18) which is fresh and a teen fave. Hollister aftershave is also lovely- about £20 in Superdrug and a good first one/ everyday one. I ordered great PJs from Tokyo Laundry further back in the thread and got some for 2 teen nephews too.

Otherwise my two like puzzles- rubix type things- or non fiction books. I'll find the link for a great book shop online I found and ordered from if that's of interest.

Youngest teen has his eye on a mini fridge for his room- can get them for about £25.

Hope this helps.

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 24/10/2020 12:35

@Brogues

Boots code was 5OFF35. I screen shot the posts with code I might need at a later date.
Thank you! I think the one I was thinking off is £3 off £15 or £20- sorry I should have mentioned that! Does anyone remember that code for Boots pls?

Screen shotting is a fab idea! Think I’ll do that in future Smile

Books4People is a good site. I've linked the young adult pages but good deals throughout. I ordered for teen DC and also got a Mr Men set which is quite hard to find £13 for 14 books cheapest I can find individual books for is £3, so a bargain.

@littlestpogo - we first got storytime on a 6 month deal, but continued the subscription as it's a really good quality read and my dd looks forward to getting it so much each month. I like that there's a mix of myths and modern stuff, so it introduces her to a range of stuff - very different to the usual comics. My ds usually has a quick read of it too if it's left out. 😁 There is usually some kind of offer on with it, so you could try for a few months to see if your ds enjoys it?

aimslou · 24/10/2020 13:26

spudsuliked · 24/10/2020 13:35

The magazine subscription sounds good, do you know if there are any special deals Usually released to get them a bit cheaper 🙄

villamariavintrapp · 24/10/2020 15:04

@Mumto3thatsme I think there's a story time offer on wow her? Or groupon? 6 months for 9.99, I don't know how good a price that is, but noticed it recently.

villamariavintrapp · 24/10/2020 15:05

Wowcher I mean

lexloofah · 24/10/2020 15:08

Can anyone recommend a good showerproof radio for my teen DS?

I have found loads of Bluetooth speakers but I think that will mean him remembering to start his playlist from his phone before he gets in the shower which is not something even I would be able to do

aw93 · 24/10/2020 15:15

@nicky2512
It isn't much, but BACKGUESS5 takes 5% off
