You could try signing up to their mailing list to see if you can get one that way - or just keep popping a request up on here every so often until someone who has one going spare sees you. I do get sent them every so often but not had one for a while. (so maybe they should be coming soon)

Can someone remind me of the new rules on Sainsburys Double Up? (As of the change last year)

Do you have to exchange your vouchers in advance of the week starting? I only really want one thing in particular and would be loathe to swap my points for vouchers and then struggle to spend them. (This is exactly what happened last year.)

Does anyone remember when Tesco dropped their prices on selection boxes last year? I need to buy about 20 (am a childminder) so would be good to get them at a discount!

Sorry - should have explained - the thing I want is an Xbox game which is only released the day before Double Up starts and I’d want to check it was available before swapping points

@2anddone I feel like it was early November, but don’t quote me on that. I know that I bought when on offer last year and they included ones which I was mailing to friends in the US. I always mail their Christmas parcel in November because it also includes advent calendars, so I feel like the selection box offer must have been early on in the month.

I ordered the grey one yesterday and had the same problem, money gone from acct but no confirmation. I emailed customer services and they sent me my order number within a few hrs, which I was pleasantly surprised by, as I was worried they’d say there was no order!

@XFPW just exchange them in store using the app on the day.

Then you know if you've got the item before exchanging vouchers. Be sure to go to a Sainsbury's that doesn't have an Argos

I'm struggling to find a Sainsbury’s without a bloody Argos, it has to be said.

@NoWordForFluffy one of ours was good last year but no, bloody Argos has moved in now.

@myhobbyisouting we only have 2 stores to choose from and they both have argos in them. 1 is crap and not worth even looking in, the other 1 is bigger. I was in yesterday and checked that their Xbox games are on sale and don’t have the “please purchase from Argos” sign on the shelf. Hoping that doesn’t change on double up week. I’ll definitely check for sure though - firstly to check if they are still for sale in store and secondly to check if they actually have the one I want in.

@XFPW, I was in one with an Argos and its game choice (I need Switch games) was shocking. And most were out of stock (probably to get you into the Argos).

The one in my town doesn't have an Argos. But is also very small (barely bigger than some Locals) and doesn't have games at all, I don't think. Then if I go to a bigger one in Liverpool, they all have Argos in. Grrrrr!

Think you can only double up a max of £50.

I don’t think they are allowing you to get your double up vouchers in store this year due to queues in previous years. I read an article that said you need to order online or on app in advance and wait to receive them in the post, but surely they should email them?
