Can't remember who was just asking about it on the last thread but I would 100% recommend the Wacom brand of Graphic Tablets

20% off ASOS until 19 October if you use the ASOS app and pay with Apple Pay. I have never knowingly bought anything from ASOS, so unsure why I got the email, but I thought it might be useful for someone!

Whydoyouthinkthatthen · 14/10/2020 17:46

Can someone talk me very slowly through Nectar double up? I have about 3500 points, what do I need to do?

Quick note for @Arthien

Noticed asking about graphic tablet on the last thread. Am doing dinner just now, but am coming back to you soon!

@CoffeeAndEnnui

Not Christmassy (could make a nice distraction to preoccupy younger children while we bargain hunt?!) but Halloweeny goodness instead. DD has come home from school with a flyer for a free Halloween craft activity box from Toucan Box which can have two crafts added to it.

You have to sign up for a subscription to receive it but I can attest to how easy it is to cancel because I've paid money to get this exact offer at 'half price' last week, received it today (big colourful box, beautifully presented) and cancelled the subscription online straight afterwards. THEN our DD came home with the freebie leafletHmm

It's one offer per household but the code looks generic. Go to the Toucan Box site and enter code HW14 via the turquoise prompt on the bottom left of the landing page.

I was going to post the same offer. DD brought hers home tonight and the code on ours is PT5. It was in the Primary Times magazine so definitely generic.

Was also disappointed in the Sainsbury’s toy sale. Big store, but most of the toys weren’t even on sale (I looked at the toys last week so I know how much they cost - they’d just put the same price on a red sticker!)

NoWordForFluffy · 14/10/2020 18:13

@Whydoyouthinkthatthen, it's very simple. If you don't have the app, get it, as it makes it much easier.

When you can convert on the app (which is from the day the promotion starts), there should be an easy link on the front page of the app which will take you to the right page to choose how many points you double up.

You'll probably only be allowed to convert £15 worth, to make £30, as they're normally in £5 increments for Double Up.

At the till, I think you choose pay with coupon, then scan the vouchers from your phone.

Warning: don't use them = lose the points.

It's really, really simple.

We both have cards, so will be maxing out the points and completing Christmas, give or take!

Don't know if anyone is looking for a sodastream but this looks like a good deal?
Alternatively Aldi have a sodastream for £54 in special buy from Sunday

On Very you can order Nintendo Switch with ring fit as a bundle. If you order buy now pay 12 months & apply code Q4RM7
They will credit 10% back to your account by November.
This makes it around £302.
This is even cheaper than the sold out prime deal.
The ring is £70 alone.
You could wait until after then & then pay balance in full if you wanted :)

Whydoyouthinkthatthen · 14/10/2020 18:27

@NoWordForFluffy thank you. Do I have to choose what thing or department I am going to use them on first?

XFPW · 14/10/2020 18:29

I didn’t know I needed make up but apparently now I do!

I am sure there were lots of posts on the last thread about make up for teenagers, but I can’t find them now. I think the brand was Morphe but in all honesty I could totally be making that up!

In any case I need make up or jewellery gifts for 13 year old girl - budget £30. I bought her earrings for her birthday so am thinking make up this time. I am clueless though as I don’t wear any myself and my own 13 yr old DD isn’t into it yet either.

Bargainous if possible of course.

Any help gratefully received!

EvilHerbivore · 14/10/2020 18:29

Has anybody seen the Mickey Mouse shower curtain and towels in their Asda store? Seen them out of stock online and seem to be in no stores either...

Emma10702 · 14/10/2020 18:32

@Clarabella72 the Lego dots offer is a bargain. I only need the pic frame as we already have the other one but tempted to get both & put one away

Wtfdidwedo · 14/10/2020 18:34

DISNEY20 for 20% off a £60 dpend and free delivery at the Disney Store finally for all those people after a code!

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 14/10/2020 18:34

EvilHerbivore · 14/10/2020 18:35

IggyAce · 14/10/2020 18:36

@xfpw my dd14 requested a Morphe pallet for her recent birthday, we also got her another for Christmas. I’ll have a look at the website and see if I can link the ones she chose.

NoWordForFluffy · 14/10/2020 18:38

@Whydoyouthinkthatthen, no. You used to, but now you just buy from any of the allowed sections.

Lolly34h · 14/10/2020 18:41

@XFPW morphe have a little bit of sale stuff on at the moment and code soextra gets you more money off

IggyAce · 14/10/2020 18:47

@XFPW they have this if you use code soextra you get another 30% off. Morphe brushes are also good and there is a sale on those too.

JinglesWish · 14/10/2020 19:01

Sainsbury’s toy sale was ok near me. Got some big box items I’m happy with. The main toy aisles weren’t included though, which was strange. I didn’t think there was much on sale

JinglesWish · 14/10/2020 19:02

Is this the camper van PP are looking for? It was in the half price sale

@Someaddedsugar

Another that I doubt will be a huge bargain but for anyone with influencer loving DDs - inthefrow is launching a collaboration with jewellery company Edge of Ember on Friday this week.
I do have a influencer lover in the family but I know nothing about it all... do I just keep an eye on the edge of ember from Friday?

I’m clueless Grin
