livininhope my 6 year old was given the instax 11 as a gift. He loves it - I would agree that it can be a bit temperamental so it depends how upset your DD would be with non perfect photos? My DS doesn’t mind but he’s younger.

My niece has the instax 9 - I think because it’s automated the accuracy of the 11 seems a little better

PinkJam · 18/10/2020 09:10

@Wtfdidwedo Same here! Would love a playroom! I’d fill the house with wooden toys if I could! Grin

lotusbell · 18/10/2020 09:11

WCM-0PP gets free postage at Seasalt. Sorry, no idea how long it is valid for or if it applies to sale items, I'm just there trying to resist more socks 🤷‍♀️

Fancyateapottea · 18/10/2020 09:20

@Steph2142

I got personalised Santa stickers last year in different colours for each child and they worked really well and were so easy to put on while wrapping (rather than writing labels). I just got them from amazon.

Adelais · 18/10/2020 09:34

I got the wooden pram and Noah’s ark set from Aldi. Such lovely stuff but dd2 is only 8 months old so a bit young for a lot of it! Maybe next year.. :)

Spam88 · 18/10/2020 09:36

I really want the pirate ship but DH might kill me if I buy any more small world play stuff 😂

YourHandInMyHand · 18/10/2020 09:40

I got some aldi wooden toys for DS2. Some wooden chunky emergency vehicles. For Xmas and a garage and cake for his Bday which is right after Xmas. I didn't see an ark mentioned by previous poster! Going to go back and look, and my bank balance will have its fingers crossed that they've sold out ha ha.

Bing pj's - asda often have these and home bargains. When I looked on aldi for them it said in store only do must have all sold out online.

Thread 13 - the one where we compare buns, puppets and all that
YourHandInMyHand · 18/10/2020 09:42

Oh the aldi ark is so cute!
We have tonnes of chunky Lanka kade animals though and I think they'd be too big to be compatible. I'd love a massive wooden ostheimer or Lanka ark but I cannot justify the price of those as beautiful as they are!

Flackattack · 18/10/2020 09:44

Very excited about the Aldi toys - ordered more than I should have as we also have a birthday in January - must rEsist anymore! (Has the pram last year and it’s excellent - on par with little trading company)

Ehunt1 · 18/10/2020 09:48

If anyone is looking for a discount at M&S I had 2 pairs of kids pj’s in my basket but didn’t checkout. I received an email with a 10% off code to complete my shopping. Might be worth putting a couple of things in your online basket and waiting.

Sideorderofchips · 18/10/2020 09:50

Thank you for the paperchase code. Just got 3 rolls of paper, pack of cards and 3 Dec's for £24

Hophop26 · 18/10/2020 09:53

Another Aldi order here, was only supposed to be ordering the shop/puppet theatre but couldn’t resist some of the other bits.

For those wishing a play room, we have one and it’s a constant mess and really all urs fine is meant I’ve bought toys without checking sizes etc!

eitak22 · 18/10/2020 10:04

@Mumto3thatsme Primark has gaming t-shirts in the men's section. Depending on age etc it might work? Didn't look at children's section as was looking for DH.

tinyradish · 18/10/2020 10:04

Quite restrained with my Aldi order....toy kitchen, pots & pans, wooden birthday cake & wooden fire truck. Could've gone mad buying it all! Lovely things.

That's my son done for christmas now & aswell as all the children sorted with my amazon prime day purchases the other day.

Now all the kids are ticked off I guess I have to get on with shopping for the boring grown up stuff Grin

steph2412 · 18/10/2020 10:06

@Fancyateapottea those look great!! Thank you

DumplingsAndStew · 18/10/2020 10:11
Thank you for all the advice about graphics tablets, it arrived two days ago so that’s DH’s main present sorted. It turned up without an Amazon box despite me ticking to add one, so I complained on live chat and they credit my account a tenner, so that was worthwhile!

For anyone who bought puppets, the Aldi puppet theatre is online www.aldi.co.uk/little-town-wooden-playshop-theatre/p/018521415455500
Thats a shame about the box, but great to know they credit your account. Definitely worth doing that then! Hope he likes it!

DumplingsAndStew · 18/10/2020 10:13

@livinginhope87

Hello, can I ask for some help and opinions my daughter would like an instax 11 camera, the one that prints out Polaroid photos. They are expensive and I worry that it may not get a lot of use as the film is also expensive. Any tips or reviews of them. Thank you.
DD2 has one of these. She saves the film for 'special' (i.e. photos of the pets haha). I usually pick up film from AliExpress, which has always been fine. I've got 20 film for her Xmas stocking, cost around £11 delivered.
torthecatlady · 18/10/2020 10:18

@IggyAce

Beat me to it Iggy! Some lovely stuff on the website that I put in my basket, realised how much it came to and swiftly removed as it was all for me. Grin
Crackery · 18/10/2020 10:19

Anyone seen the original Guess Who on offer anywhere. Can't bring myself to buy anything fill price Wink. It must be less than £16 somewhere... wonder if it's included in the Sainsbury's or Morrison's sale?

CompleteBarstool · 18/10/2020 10:26

I had a sponsored ad pop up on my fb feed this morning to say that Superdrug are giving £5 worth of points with every £40 spent on fragrances

lexloofah · 18/10/2020 10:33

fancyateapottea Christmas stickers are genius thank you, I get so muddled up with wrapping and always seem to smudge the labels

CompleteBarstool · 18/10/2020 10:34
