Tesco Clubcard offer some good magazine subscriptions that are bagainous, especially if you have points you don't knew what to do with!

If anyone has any ghostbusters fans Playmobil have 20% off ghostbusters on their website here

Also just wanted to say thanks for all the bargains so far, especially the paddy and Scott’s coffee set, it came the other day and looks great, it will make a lovely gift.

LyraSilvertongueBelacqua · 17/10/2020 09:23

So many gorgeous toys at Aldi!

ZIGGY911 · 17/10/2020 09:25

Has anyone had any joy getting a refund from Claire's for postage. I ordered over £20 so had free postage but some items out of stock so now charged postage. Not impressed but want some of the items so don't want to return the whole order.

TW2013 · 17/10/2020 09:25

Fulking Hill, this marvelous map has 20% off if you buy two or more here or single maps reduced from £14.99 to £11.99 on Amazon prime. Am getting it for one of the dc who will delight in looking for Rotten Bottom, Cuppa Water, Letsby Avenue and Fatlips Castle! Not sure their creative writing will ever be the same again. May be inappropriate for younger children.

TW2013 · 17/10/2020 09:28

Code for marvellous maps 20% discount is DROPANDGIMME20 given on the page.

caffeineanddryshampoo · 17/10/2020 09:34

Thanks for the Kay's anatomy tip off, ordered for DS :)

starlingsintheslipstream · 17/10/2020 09:52

Kittykatmacbill thanks for the Eastpak code. I like to have a spare school bag in reserve so £22 delivered is fab.

SingaporeSlinky · 17/10/2020 09:58

Ziggy911 that’s terrible to charge you postage just because they are now out of stock. It’s not your fault the remaining items are now under the threshold!

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 17/10/2020 09:59

@UselessInDisguise I’ve been a member of craft gin club for a couple of years, I love it. Ever month they try a theme it to a season/holiday within reason. So Decembers probably will have a festive theme but won’t be ‘bigger’. Don’t forget to go to referrals thread to get a discount for first box. Customer service is brill and they happily cancel or change delivery regularity. Good website.
The only downside is the amount of pretty gin bottles we can’t throw away.

XFPW · 17/10/2020 10:03

@TW2013 your post about maps made me giggle - we have family who live close by to Fatlips Castle and regularly go on walks up to it when we visit. It’s the most random thing - the family who own it also have a car garage in the town so if you want to go up to the castle you need to call ahead and arrange a time to pick up the key from the garage so that you can let yourself in when you get there. It’s the very epitome of life in the Borders.

DumplingsAndStew · 17/10/2020 10:03

My Claires order arrived this morning. Everything in stock, very pleased.

I have a code for an extra 15% off if spending over £30. If anyone would like it, please PM me.

CompleteBarstool · 17/10/2020 10:06

Not a bargain but I've not seen Play Station duvet sets before and I know people have been looking for gaming themed gifts

Play Station single duvet set from Asda £15

Smileatthesmallthings · 17/10/2020 10:10

Extra 20% off outlet at House of Disaster with code EXTOUT20

Lots of quirky bags, washbags, flasks, scarves, lamps, mugs and more.

UselessInDisguise · 17/10/2020 10:11

Thanks @NaturalBlondeYeahRight I wasn't expecting December's to be bigger but maybe a little more special somehow. I actually haven't had a proper drink for nearly four years thanks to a stream of babies and breastfeeding so I'm planning big this Christmas 😂 and making up for lost time!!

Purpleheadgirl · 17/10/2020 10:12

@leeloo1 and @ziggy911 if you find the claires help page in twitter they were really helpful with refunds etc

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 17/10/2020 10:14

@UselessInDisguise it’s my only real treat for myself on a regular basis. I get all excited when the package arrives.

yellowsun · 17/10/2020 10:16

@UselessInDisguise we got the Craft Gin last year with a referral code and have kept it up. It’s great!

TW2013 · 17/10/2020 10:22

XFPW the map apparently has a space for you to plan your own road trip of 'unusual' place names. In post covid times I imagine that we will be making a few detours whn going away. Not sure we will visit all 2000 but Fatlips Castle has to be one of them.

ginabeano · 17/10/2020 10:26

Yes Aldi toy sale starts online tomorrow and some truly lovely bargains in there!
