Sorry if stepping on toes, but I haven't noticed a twitch thread this year, so thought I would start one Smile
I've just twitched and bought a pair of heelys for ds(9), a ghostbusters proton pack for ds (4) and a candy grabber for dd (6). Tell me what you have all impulse bought.

I twitched on a Pokemon movie DVD and a Peter rabbit Christmas DVD for stockings. I still feel like they need a couple more things for their stockings Confused

They don't have much to immediately play with, but can't see myself getting much time to look on my own.

I predict a last minute twitch on Friday when my bonus is paid, I can't face going to the shops so it will be strictly an Amazon Prime twitch. I have my eye on a bubble tube light for DS.

Oh bugger. So turns out the little sequel book I ordered for DS in fact isn't a sequel, merely another version of the first but with a few extra pictures. It's not worth the hassle of returning (ordered via a friend's Prime!) for only £8 and I'm going to give it to DS on Thursday when we go for his hospital appt - it's like a pocket version and he will love being able to take it out with him!

Does mean I may need a book twitch though... you know, to even up the book piles! Xmas Blush

I twitched massively! Dd turns 3 this week and I've been eyeing up this balance bike since she was teeny tiny as it has drop bars like DP's racing bike. It's always been mega expensive (£190 when I first saw it about a year and a half ago) but I saw it's got £120.95 off on amazon so was £54!!!! I couldn't resist at that price. She got a decent balance bike last year which she won't even sit on so it's possibly a stupid buy.. Im hoping she will love It as it's the same as Daddy's. I might save it for next year though.

scratch that

I take back everything I said about not twitching

it was a good excuse to get this for my little Transformer addict... it's been on my wishlist a while

was cheaper on ebay although now I'm wondering if it will actually not arrive due to postal strike? I won't get anything else if it doesn't as I'll just give him it when it does get here.

I'm twitching madly. I've bought two DVDs, four books and a backpack in the last 2 days and have a trip to London planned on Thursday. Hooooowl

cagliostro I'm seriously having to sit on my hands with that transformers vault book Xmas AngryXmas Grin my ds is perhaps a shade too young though yet to get the most out of it.

I've twitched. My ds at bedtime suddenly remembered last year and asked whether there would be new pyjamas on Christmas Eve this year in a hugely excited voice. Coincidentally the arms on his current ones are looking short and dd only has 2 decent pairs at the moment and a mish mash. You know what I did Xmas Wink Paw Patrol and bb8

I'm still thinking that dd needs an extra present.

Also got plasticine and a blind bag figure each for stocking...

helloyellowmellow that bike looks super cute!

Sorry Satsuki TBF I do think DS is only just old enough to really get a lot out of it so I'm glad I waited :o

DH has bought the last present that needed buying. So all done. Just a tiny bit of wrapping left.

I wrapped all the books (except the set which will have the Transformers one in) - I can't believe I said last year that I'd buy less books this year... Xmas Hmm

3 limited edition amiibos for DS16

Travel journal thing for DD21 (she's doing a Trek America next year so I think she'll love it) as well as "The Dog" and "The Student" Ladybird books and a Mickey Mouse make up bag.

Asos Premier and Amazon Prime are going to be the death of my bank account this year!

cagliostro I just posted on your book thread. I too decided not to buy so many this year, just about sticking to it, but struggling. My Amazon basket keeps winking at me.

Just seen that My Friend Bing is £18 on Amazon. I've never seen it that low- I payed £28.99 last month. Ive bought it and I'll return the other one.
Kind of the opposite of a twitch but I'm feeling really pleased with myself right now.
I'm off to the big Tesco tomorrow so I'll have to resist any more purchases.

I twitched on dp and the DC today.
They were the only people I'd finished aswell!
Dp now has an extra in the form of a Bose Bluetooth wireless soundbar.
Dc1 has a fancy new phone case, dc2 has a Fitbit, and dc3 has a pair of trainers.
The twitch has cost me about £400 Hmm

I've finished the sleeping bag for ds's bear, and the bed for dd but now dd definitely looks light and I can't think what to get her!

She's 3. I did think toy washing machine but we haven't got much space. I don't know why I've done this to myself. I thought I was done.
