Sorry if stepping on toes, but I haven't noticed a twitch thread this year, so thought I would start one
I've just twitched and bought a pair of heelys for ds(9), a ghostbusters proton pack for ds (4) and a candy grabber for dd (6). Tell me what you have all impulse bought.

And unicorn what Dash button did you get? I'm intrigued

Proton pack was from Amazon £39.99 he will love it and the costume I've ordered to go with it

Captain Phasma costume for DD from the Disney store. It was £4, down from £36! She will love it... How could I resist?

I am firmly in agreement that clothes don't count as twitching. Shakespeare hoodie for DD :o

Argh! Is tomorrow The Saturday of Regret?

I may have slightly skived off work this morning to buy myself DD stocking stuff in Hema, then twitched again tonight with a Trunki (for DN) and Exploding Kittens (maybe also for me!). And then I found myself browsing the Hema website for 15% black Friday off deals and mooning over their flexible led letter strip thing and then I had to give myself a stern talking to and a glass of wine and turn the computer off.

Could still buy it on my phone tho. Got 2 mins to checkout. Erk!

Do books count? Surely there's an exemption for books. Surely there's no upper limit on books. Books don't count as twitching right?

I may have bought another 3 loads of books since I 'finished'.

And Hotel Chocolat no longer deliver to my country of residence. Christmas was almost cancelled when I found THAT out.

I have actually lost track of what books I've got I made the mistake of befriending an Usborne seller who does lots of sales. And not thinking I should probably therefore stop looking on thebookpeople etc. I spent £25 on there last night FFS. Had the money sitting in my paypal but... argh! Just glad 2 of the 3 things were ones I had planned to get them anyway. The twitchy one was the human body kit thingy.

I've lost count of my twitches.... but technically I haven't finished yet so can't be a twitch!!

Today I have twitched on curlers for me, a learn Japanese book (i think dd1 will love this aswell as me - she loves anime and kawaii stationary!), some band tees for dp and a ninja turtle tote bag for me and the trolls soundtrack as the film was awesome and dd's have been singing the songs since we saw it last weekend

We are huge anime fans here too - dd is currently cuddling her knitted totoro and wearing her yokai watch to bed with adventure time graphic novels next to her bed to read in the morning!!

She sounds awesome :o

DD and I are very slowly trying to learn a bit of Japanese.

Actually you've just reminded me I was considering getting her some genko yoshi paper (see, not a twitch, it was already on my list)

We're going to see the play of Kiki's delivery service for my birthday next month :o :o I shall be wearing my shoes with the logo on (DD chose them for me last year)

Books don't count! I just bought Jurgen Klopp's biography and Quidditch through the ages. But, I usually buy more books and thought I wouldn't but so many this year, but it's more of a mind change than a twitch.

I also twitched on an Elsa Lego set that was half price, but actually I'm going to save it until next year as she's a bit young for it, so that's more efficiency than twitching.

I love Kiki's Delivery Service, but my two are a little young to really get it yet so have to watch it on my own. Do you think the play will tour?!

My ds has a cuddly totoro

Mine like the Disney characters and soundtracks (my dd thinks Elsa is a superhero with ice power) but don't ever rewatch the movies, there's always an element they find too creepy, whereas Totoro comes out all the time so have to watch Tangled on my own too, I love that movie

Satsuki tangled is my favourite ponyo is really lovely for younger children, my 4yr old ds would watch it all the time.

Just ordered a Lego yoda clock for ds (9) and two dr who DVDs.

My dd hasn't seen Ponyo yet, but she is Ponyo, with the same enthusiasm for ham, expressed in the same manner.

Argh I finished my dds presents about 3 weeks ago. Saw the Disney store had 20% off so bought a large lady teddy from lady and the tramp and an Anna soft toy doll. I don't know why 🙈

I went to the Mecca of the twitch today aka B&M and I spent £100 on....sweets, toiletries, slippers, a board game, bath toys and some craft stuff

Can you untwitch? I twitched yesterday buying more sodding Lego from Argos on the fast track pay as it was a bargain but my DS really doesn't need anymore. Got to stop buying stuff just because it's cheap! But I have untwitched today feeling very smug and went back to Argos and got a refund. Now to delete mumsnet Christmas shortcut off safari and hotukdeals app off my phone until january or I may twitch again.

I went out yesterday (twice) shopping, once for food/pet stuff/going to the bank and then with DD and her friend.

I bought a few things on my list but I know that when DH and I go shopping, I'll twitch fanatically.

Bought a dressing gown for DS, some clothes.
Some nice bits from Lakeland.
