New claim 27/09 I was told that it was with DM last Monday. No news just yet !

Anyone still waiting on UC? It’s been a week since they sent a letter on my journal to say special circumstances apply and they will adjust my UC to the date of change but heard nothing else since?

Can anyone help please? My daughter has her ADHD assessment next week. Do I need to tell them this? I completely forgot if I need to or not! Thanks 😊

Has anyone had an answer on a coc lately? I know they are taking longer but I haven't seen anyone get a response in a while..

Just phoned got straight through not with a dm been told I'm looking at end if Feb I said I will be 24 weeks and 30 weeks since i applied by then he said yes it takes 20 weeks to go dm then 4 weeks to get evidence 2 if your luck wtf I keep seeing dates after me get awarded scan date 19/09/2012

I've tried calling just keep getting cut off 23/9 il keep trying

@Robyn81 I’m awaiting a response for our COC, scan date 19/10. Have had 2 letters, but nothing since end of November x

Just got off the phone they said its been referred to a case manager is that the same as decision maker? Scan date 21/09

Scanned 13/9, told it was with a decision maker last Thursday and money was put in the bank today!!😭😭 so happy really thought my daughter would be refused! Looks like high rate too, I have a question about carers allowance it asks for my partners NI so will it take his earnings into account? I’m the sole carer for my daughter xxx

Long time silent watcher, scan date 19/09 - 18 weeks today. Waiting on hold now for an update. Good luck everyone x

Oh, you're the day before me. I'm 20/9..
I called yesterday, and they said mid Feb, but I don't see how a coc takes so much longer.. our renewal I'd due in April may time and I really don't wanna have to fill that form out as well..

Know how you feel ! 18 weeks and 4 days ! Still waiting :(

@Robyn81 our scan date is 19/10, so probably be middle of March before we hear anything! I don't understand why COC takes so much longer?!🤦‍♀️

Called this morning. They said they're taking 7 weeks. We're 7 weeks tomorrow. He said it's in a holding pile and should be done by the end of the week. Hopefully not much longer.......29 weeks in total 😬

Just called scan date 19/09 was told it's with a DM an I should hopefully have an answer within the week, crossing fingers an toes don't know how much more I can take 🫣

Eventually got through not even with case manager yet this is so frustrating I'm seeing people with dates later than mine being awarded is there any sort of system to this!!!! The guy on the phone was lovely though but did say expect it to be more like mid Feb before you hear back.

I can’t believe that we have to wait so long, the system is broken I don’t understand why they have not digitised the form so we can log in and do it on their website. This is one on of the only applications that you actually have to sent off paperwork for.

I filled out the form twice before sending it off. My DS got diagnosed in June last year he was 2years 6months at the time and I’ve only just got around to doing the form. I sent it off before Christmas and I’m just checking here for wait times and it’s ridiculous that it can take so long when our children need the extra support.

What number are people calling for updates please?
