if my son is 4 would he qualify for middle and high rate dla? And if refused low rate at 5 I’m panicking now scan date 2/10 rang up last week and they said 2 weeks more it’s keeping me up of a night reading everything

He can be awarded any rate care but mobility only pays high rate from 3 years or low rate from 5 years, so if your DC gets mobility, due to their age it would only be high rate.

Does anyone know how long letters are taking? My daughter's claim was denied I have put in an MR but I also want to add evidence but waiting on letter to argue points. Decision was made 23/01

Anyone know how to find out or work out ur pay day.. I've been awarded and received back pay a few weeks ago. I know payments are every 4 weeks but no clue as to when my payment is due to go in my bank?

Tues 13th Feb, and every 4 weeks after that date x

Hi all, has anyone done an MR if so when you sent it did they let you know they have received it? Sent my daughter's mid Jan and haven't heard a thing yet. I know there taking a while just want to know if they atleast let you know they have it.
