Can anyone offer any advice please. I have a new claim- scan date 7/9, I've had one letter and 3 texts, the last one sent on 18/12. The post is terrible where I live and I'm presuming I've been refused dla and a letter will eventually be delivered (I've had letters delivered from November recently).
I cannot call as I work full time with 30mins for lunch, cannot get time off (teacher). Is there a way to contact them online to find out what has happened as if I was refused I know there is only a certain amount of time to appeal. Thanks

New here, not sure what’s parking is but here I am 🚙
scan date 10.10 so 15 weeks tomorrow, received “we’re looking into it, don’t call” text today.

I see so many people saying they've received text messages. All I've had is letters. I'm 13 weeks on Wednesday.

Same here, I’ve had 2 letters and no texts but I’m only 9 weeks in to waiting. Wish I had a text of them haha

Scan date 22/9 18 weeks on Friday coming. Getting very nervous now
Rang last Friday to add evidence and not with dm yet they said. Felt OK up to now

Parking here scan 19/09 18 weeks tomorrow going to call first thing so nervous now

One letter, no texts here. Scan date 30/08.

Clerical claim so taking ages.

Does uc dla element get backdated?

Scan date 10/11 - Renewal
phoned today for an update and she said it’s with a case manager and will be around 13 weeks from when they recieved it 🤔 she said I will hear back end of Feb! Why do they all say different things?! I don’t believe it will be 13 weeks with all you guys waiting so long! lol

I think people just mean they are metaphorically parking up and waiting. 10/10 will be 14 weeks tomorrow. (Sorry, I've been obsessing over dates and double checking - I'm 29/9 and will be 17 weeks on Friday)
