it’s been an agonising wait and I am literally exhausted. My DD cannot walk and they think she may have cerebral palsy but she’s going through an abundance of tests 😢 she isn’t 3 until June, so I know it will only be the care element. Just pray it’s HRC 🙏🏼

@MummyMas82 & @123456789kk im the 19/9 too I rang Wednesday Thursday Friday last week and was told not been allocated yet one did say it would definitely be with dm by end of January fingers crossed I’m praying for good news x

scan date 15/11 in for a long wait…. Does anyone know does it take less time if you have a full diagnosis??

24/09 2 letters, 2 texts, called last week and told in "holding queue" just parking for updates. 🤞 was told on phone they're taking 17-18 weeks and 17 wks tomorrow

I'm hoping to hear this week I did phone Thursday and not with dm yet

Does anyone know how long it takes for extra evidence to get scanned onto the system if sent by special delivery?

No, it goes in date order (roughly) and on needs alone, so no difference in timescales regarding diagnoses versus no diagnoses. Although obviously specific diagnoses may help with rates.

I’m tempted to ring on Thursday on my day off. I’ll be 18 weeks then too, so may ring for an update, and to check they scanned on my extra evidence.

I have the same scan date (19/10) rung them last week, hoping for an update of the process and I’ve been told… they are only NOW processing claims received in August-September…
they initially said 15 weeks, then 20… but I have a feeling it will be longer xx

@Rainbow08032023 Were quite close in dates my scan date was on the 18/9 last text received 3/1. Fingers crossed not too long now. Im holding back from calling just yet i think i will wait till the end of the month but its so hard!!! My anxiety is through the roof! Good luck hope you get rewarded x
